[size=1em]One word that would describe Mason's appearance would be fair. He is like everyone else. He isn't really out of the ordinary. He has short brown hair. His eyes are a dark brown color. He is about average height for his age. He is very strong. He is somewhat of a swift person. His hair is naturally the way it is. His face has an ordinary look to it. His body has quite a few muscles. He is about average weight. His face has a thoughtful look usually on it. He has some what of a tan. He has a huge scar on his chest which form what looks like claw marks because he was attacked by a bear when he was about 16. It healed up pretty well.

Mason clothes are pretty ordinary, unless he wants to be out of the ordinary. He usually wears a v neck t-shirt of any color, usually purple, brown, white, blue, or black. He wears regular old jeans. His shoes are hiking boots. He also wear a shark tooth necklace everyday that his older brother gave him. He wears a grayish jacket, if he wears it. Sometimes he hates wearing it because people say it makes him look like a bad boy, which he is. If he wants to be out of the ordinary, he wears a different color that he usually won't wear. He always wear his boots and shark tooth necklace, you usually won't ever see him take off the shark tooth necklace of his. [/size]

[size=1em]Mason is a very indifferent person. To others he is very truculent. To himself he feels like he is selfish. To his family he is a very bright person. Mason really is just indifferent. He is neither good nor bad. Mason is very hesitant about everything, he always thinks before acting. At one point he was never really hesitant, until the shark attack. He went paranoid and has a mental illness now called schizophrenia. Its a more of a mild case, but Mason now hears voices and sees things. He sometimes listens to the voice as real people. Sometimes he sees stuff, like if he's by the ocean, sometimes he thinks he saw a shark fin. He is trying to get it fixed, so he goes to counseling. He doesn't care what others think of him. He is fairly smart and is really nice unless otherwise. He is very funny too, but his humor can cause problems too. He is very hesitant.

He has flaws like everyone else does. His top flaw is a mental one which is his schizophrenia. He is fairly annoying to others. He acts too cool to do stuff. He doesn't wanna admit he is very smart. His humor hurts others feelings. He is very sarcastic too. He also has good qualities too. He is very smart and can solve situations fairly fast. His strength is magnificent. His humor is fairly funny. He is a very nice person and cares about everyone even if there his enemy. He absolutely loves his older and little brother. Jay is his little brother and Davy was his older brother.

His dreams are incredibly high for his age. His first dream is that he wants to become a fisherman. His second dream would be to have a good . His third dream is for his family to be protected from everything bad. His wish is that he could have his older brother back. He would like to be in the Hunger games so he can get the money to make his family happy. He wishes that his family was safe and sound together. He also wishes for his schizophrenia to be gone, but that's something that he wants, so he puts that off to the side of his wishes. He always believed that family came first before anything. [/size]

[size=1em]Mason's early years were good. HE was smart. Got good grades. He was athletic. He played sports. The first memory he remembers was the day his little brother was born. It was his mosted joyed memory. He sat in the seat across the room. His father paced in front of him. His older brother sat excitedly in his chair. Mason had no clue what was going to happen. He was 1, he shouldn't know whats going on. His eye went to joy as he saw the doctor take out a baby in a towel like thing. His father said "Mason meet your brother Jay." Mason smiled. That was his earliest memory. It was also his happiest memory ever.

Mason grew older and older and so did his brother Jay. They were only a year apart. Jay was Mason's favorite brother. They were in high school. Mason was 17 and his brother Jay was 16. Mason absoulutely loved his brother, he acted cool, but had a soft spot for his brother. Kids would bully Jay and Mason would pop out and Punch the mockers in the face. Mason felt like he needed to protect Jay. Jay went up to Mason one day and said, "Mason, I need to talk to you." Mason said "sure." Mason knew it was something important. His brothers eyes told him it was. They went into a classroom. It was empty. Mason said "now what did you wanna tell me." Jay looked at Mason and said, "well don't freak out, but I am..." Mason said "you are what?" Jay screamed, "I am Gay!" Mason smiled and said "calm down Jay,its OK, I could tell you were, but I wasn't going to say anything, until you were ready."Jay said "I thought you wouldn't care for me." Mason said "I will always care for you, Little bro." They left happily. That was when Mason found out the secret.

Mason worst part of life was a few months later. Mason and Jay and His older brother, Davy were surfing. They were aways surfers. It was bright out, there was the big yellow sun. Mason breathed the salty air. They began to surf. Little at a time. Jay was keeping up well and Davy was leading. Mason got a wave and surfed, now he was behind. Jay surfed one, going into the back, but Davy wanted the biggest. Davy found it and surfed it. mason watched in awe. He saw a splash as his brother went in a perfect motion through the tunnel of water, but he never came out of the tunnel. Then Mason heard a scream. It was Davy's. Mason saw a shark fin. His eyes followed it intrigued by it, but scared stiff. Mason swam to Davy. Davy had a big wound on his chest. he was sinking fast. Mason dived in after him. He got him and brought Davy back to shore. Davy was bleeding. They sat there, Mason and Davy. Jay went to get help. Mason cried as the color from his brothers face faded. Davy said in his dying breath, "Its your turn to take care of the family." Then Davy died. mason was haunted by the shark for ever and never surfed again.

His most recent memory was actually a few months after that. Mason wanted to get away from everyone that day. he went into the woods. He sat alone thinking. Then he heard a bear grunt. He was scared stiff. He heard his older brother calling to him, maybe it was his schizophrenia. His older brother said, "Mason be careful." Mason listened. He got up and began to walk away, when all of a sudden a claw hit his chest. He fell on the ground passed out. He woke up in the hospital next to his brother, Jay. Jay said "Lucky I was following ya, or you might have been bear food." Jay had dragged Mason to the hospital. Mason smiled. Mason's family is big. He has no clue why, but its big now. Mason is now a very happy person, but his emotions keep getting to him, but now he is 18 and maybe just maybe his dreams could come true.[/size]
