    Hey, I need help! Whenever I'm online the box next to my name isn't colored. I've had mentions of this from my friends and they (as well as me) are very confused.

    Not sure if this would work but I think I know what's wrong. On your account settings there is a box that allows others to view if your online or not. You should see if that box is checked or not. You could have accidently turned it off before^^.
