  • Shaft sighed, he still didn't believe they had just sat there. Surely they could have done something right? --Maybe. Shaft flexed his wings, walking outside. He glanced around, eventually leaning up against a tree, the sound of churning water barely audible. He stood in the shade, deep in thought..

James wondered what they should do, wondering if they should plan something together.

  • After a bit of thinking, Zane jumped off his bed and walked out of his room. The more they waited, the more time they were wasting. Echo may have been put on death row or even being tortured at the moment. It was better to start now and try to gather up clues along the way.
He headed outside and scanned the area, looking for anything that could provide clues to where Echo had been taken. Zane walked downstairs, but suddenly stopped as he almost stumbled over Aiden.

"Careful! You shouldn't just sit down in the middle of the porch," he said, but then followed the boy's gaze to a small bird that was flying close to James and Shaft before flying away.

"Aiden, Echo controls animals, right?" he asked as he walked towards the bird. He watched it for a minute or so as it repeated a pattern of tweeting and flying before figuring out something.
"I think that bird can lead us to her,"

  • The bir went to him, and sat on his shoulder. The it tweeted to the others, getting lower, and lower, and lower- like an echo. then it flew away the direction that echo had been taken, then came back.

  • Arya smiled and Echo and stretched out her raven wings
She brushed the hair out of her face and curled up in the back corner of her cage
Her dreams gave her an escape from this nightmare
