    We could tryto fight, but we shiuldn't. Just then te windows broke and Echo was shot with a tranquilizer. "It was a trap!!! " she screemed out of shock and fel to the ground unconsious.

    Echo was still unconsious. The white coats came in with real guns trained on her anyone move and she gets shot they saif.

    Watching the situation with wide eyes, Aiden stood behind Elle who seemed agitated and ready to strike out. She had her fists clenched and was glaring at the whitecoats and Erasers. He grabbed her arm, causing her to look at him with surprise, and shook his head. Hopefully, she would recognize that it was better to not look threatening. The Erasers and scientists have the weapons, which would mean that they could also control who lived or died. He preferred living as most people also did.

    Elle looked back forward and widened her eyes as Echo was taken away. She shook her hand and escaped from Aiden's hold, then ran towards the helicopter. Suddenly, she felt someone grab her arm and yank her backward. She struggled to get out of their grip until she heard Zane's voice.


    "Calm down, I'm not some furry beast," he said. She stopped struggling and tried to get her hand out of his grip.


    "Let me go," she protested, but he shook his head.
    "And you'd be killed. You don't have weapons or powers, just stay behind with Aiden. We'll get her back," Zane explained. He then looked around to see if there were anymore Erasers or scientists that would stop him.

    Nyx flew in through a window opposite. "Sorry I'm late! Somebody," her eyes darting accusingly around the room, "Stole the ... " she stopped midsentence, face stretched with alarm. "What did I miss?" she asked defensively then glared at the intruders.

    Echo saw a bird thourth the holein the sack. "Hey, you! Ya, you. Come here. Go tell my flick that I'm okay, and that they are taking me somewhere in North Dkota. Okay?" The bird nodds and flies away. (She can talk to animals)

    Elliot looked over to Nyx with a sad expression. She bit her lower lip as she tried to think of a way to explain what had happened.
    "They...the Erasers and scientist...took Echo. Zane's not letting me go after her," she explained before trying once again to break out of her friend's grip. He eventually let go, but looked at her with a stern face.


    "No, don't even think of leaving. You'll be killed," he said before looking towards one of the few Erasers left behind. Electricity crackled in his hands and he pointed it towards the beast. A ray of light shot forward and struck the mutant right in the chest, causing it to crumple onto the floor.
    "Go beat up these guys first. There's only like four so it won't be a problem, then we'll go after Echo," he said.

    Instead of being interested in whatever was happening, Aiden looked at the small bird that seemed to come close to the flock. From the various bird guides he read, this was a common House Wren. Probably female as it had a brown coloring. He was listening onto the tune of it's song as the small bird seemed to make a lower note each time it whistled. Why was that?
    He walked towards the bird and stared at it for a few moments, trying to figure out why it was doing so. Aiden's face brightened as he remembered that Echo had the ability of talking to animals. What if it was her trying to communicate?


    He pulled out a whiteboard from his backpack and quickly wrote on it before showing it to Shaft.

    The bird flew in cicles around Aidens head, then did the echo thing again. Then started to fly away, but cam back and did the echo thing again, and started to fly in the direction echo was taken, and kept repeating those actions.



    OOC: Aiden, please get that the bird wants th flock to follow.


    Echo was injected with a mild tranquilizer, and put in a cage in the school. She was asleep because of the tranqilizer.
