    "okay, let's go." Froststar got up and headed for the camp entrance

    Froststar stopped "what is the first rule of hunting."

    "that's alright, it's being downwind from the prey, now tell me what you smell."

    "good, now remember always stay downwind, and don't make a sound, and your tail low." Froststar instructed

    Following her mentors instructions she fell into a hunters crouch. Checking that she was downwind she silently made her way toward the unsuspecting vole.......

    Then feeling she was close enough leaped and killed a vole with a swift bite to the neck. She proudly picked up her catch to show Froststar.

    "can we join then Cougarheart?" Featherpaw asked with a exited bounce.

    "great job for your first time out." she purred and licked the apprentice's head, we can do one more lesson, try catching a bird." a bird laided on the tree roots

    Confident now, she made her way toward the bird. She made her leap quicker this time but she had misjudged the jump and the bird, seeing her flew away it's warning call echoing through the trees. "Mouse dung!" She muttered disappointed.

    "good try, that's it for today let's head back." Froststar looked at Leafpaw "i will teach how to hunt birds next time."

    Cougarheart shook his head. "We are going hunting, but you are going alone. I want to see what you can do."
