Medicine Cat Apprentice

Needlepaw is a small tom-cat with soft paws and short claws. His fur is
soft and downy to the touch, and has an even softer undercoat. The color
of it is similar to that of the soft orange glow of the harvest moon in the
fall. Dark orange fingers curl all over his pelt, forming chalky stripes that
twolegs would call tabby markings. He has a little bit of white on him that
creates not only a crescent-shaped locket on his chest, but also a curly
mask around his eyes. Keen, blue-violet orbs watch the world for hidden
signs from behind the white mask.
[ P e r s o n a l i t y ]
Needlepaw is a kind, caring tom-cat who always wants to help in whatever
way he can. As a medicine cat apprentice, he is always searching for signs
from StarClan, and is willing to help any cat, regardless of Clan. However,
he can be prickly at times, especially so when someone has bothered him
greatly. Whenever he gets to be in such a mood, he will not hesitate to snap,
even if the cat he is snapping at is merely a kit. He likes to spend his time
going through the herbs and restocking them, and he even enjoys hunting
occasionally. Whenever you can't find him in the medicine cat den, you can
find him out in the territory either hunting for freshkill or for more supplies.

Needlepaw was born to a pair of kittypets that lived on the edge of
HoneyClan's territory. It was when he was three moons of age that he
wandered from home and into the forest. When he came back later that day,
however, he found that his twolegs and family were gone, meaning he was
stranded. With no means of finding food, he went back into the forest where
he knew wild cats lived. He eventually ran into a pair of cats, and they took
him into their Clan seeing as he was only a kit. He was given the name of
Needlekit and eventually became known as Needlepaw. He served as a
warrior apprentice for about a moon before being taken on as a medicine
cat apprentice instead. He hadn't done so well while training to be a warrior,
and he felt he was more inclined towards being a medicine cat so that's why
he'd switched his intentions.
