Rain lay in a meadow. Nothing could break through to his mind since Ash died. After she was killed by the hunter, their seven newborn pups died and their Beta, Pawprint, left to find his own mate. Everything seemed to go wrong after she died. Will anyone heal his heart?

The black almost blue wolf watched him from a distance. Raven sighed.
-
Rain leapt up, not noticing Raven, and took off right toward where she was sitting and bumped into her. grumbling an apology, he kept walking.
-
"Wait!" She said, flying next to him.
-
He stopped and his green eyes seemed to stare right into the earth, "What?"
-
midnight a black/gray female wolf noticed two wolves from a distance and howled a greeting.
-
Rain pricked his ears at the howl and crouched low, hiding himself from view.
-
She slightly growled at the howl.
-
midnight ran down to the two wolves. when she noticed that one was a female and the other was a male. she growled slightly at the female and walked up to the male and said "hello, my name is midnight. whats yours?" she glansed at the she- wolf
-
he growled and muttered, "Rain." before circling around the two females.
-
A petite, snowy-white wolf known as Krystal kept her head low as she journeyed. Her parents had kicked her out of her own pack for being the runt of the litter. She had been trying to find someone to start a new pack, if possible, but her search had been fruitless so far. She reached the area nearby the two she-wolves and the male wolf. Spotting the male wolf first, her ears pricked up in hope. But when she saw the other she-wolves already present, she let out her breath. She approached the group anyways, maybe if she at least met some other wolves she would have a better chance? She strode up to them, quickly approaching.
-
"whats the matter, did your mate leave you or something? because if thats the case then she should feel bad because you are to cute to be left" she said when she heard him growl. when she noticed the other she-wolves approaching she growled on a hushed voice and said " you really know how to draw a crowed."
-
He backed up and sighed, realizing their intentions. "If I pick one of you to be my mate, I would take one other to be the beta. Is that okay with you four?" He sat down and waited for their answers.
-
"sure." she said turning to the other she-wolf waiting for her response
-
Krystal's fur bristled slightly. Only one? And the shame it would be to be only a beta... What if she had to be a beta? Well, I don't want to seem passive-agressive. And I guess I could always arrange some foul play if I don't get picked... And besides, there aren't many other male wolves available. This may be my only chance. she thought to herself. "It is alright with me," the white wolf said calmly as she dipped her head in agreement.
-
"Krystal, you will be my mate. You" *gestures to horse's character* "Are our beta. His gaze shimmers from one to the other before sitting down and licking his fur gently.
-
"Thank you," Krystal said as she dipped her head and blinked gratefully. She pulled her ears back as she noted the other she-wolf in apology and recognition. She brought her gaze back to Rain and her ears and tail perked up as she strode up to him and licked his muzzle affectionately. I do hope mating season won't be too agressive this year, or I have my work cut out for me. she thought in concern.
-
"ill go hunt..." midnight said an ran off to hunt. -time laps- she ame back with an elk
-
"Sorry." She said and stood her ground.
-
"about what?" midnight said in a confused voice
