• Molepaw

Molepaw peeked into the apprentice's den to see if his
siblings were in there. They weren't so he sighed a bit
and crouched outside of it. He had to start his training
later than his sisters because of an accident as a kit
that he had to recover from. It upset him sometimes,
especially whenever he had time to himself where he
could actually hear his own thoughts.

• OOC: Okay! Thanks. Okay: here goes.

Glisteningheart padded out calmly into the clearing. She looked arpund thoughtfully, twitched an ear, and noticed the fresh-kill pile was low.
'Maybe I should ask about organizing a hunting patrol.' Glisteningheart thought. She studied the camp one more time and noticed Molepaw sitting alone. Glisteningheart padded over to him.
"Hello, Molepaw," She greeted kindly, and frowned when Molepaw looked pretty solemn. "What's the matter?" She asked, casually licking inbetween her paws.

"H-Huh?" the almost-fully-brown cat stuttered as he was
torn from his thoughts, turning his gaze up towards
Glisteningheart. "Oh, nothing," he told her with a
shake of his head, "I was just thinking, is all."

• "Oh, Molepaw.. I think it's more than that. I can tell when cats are sad. It's like a special power I have," Glisteningheart laughed, and finished grooming her paws. She flicked her tail thoughtfully.
"I'm not leaving until you tell me what's wrong, and that's that." Glisteningheart set her paws firmly on the ground, her eyes defiant to prove her point.

Molepaw watched the she-cat quietly, not really sure
what to do. He didn't want to share what was wrong,
but it truly didn't seem like she was leaving. Slumping
his shoulders out of defeat, he sighed, "I was just
thinking about how my sisters are way ahead of
me in their training."
He'd had to wait an extra moon
before becoming an apprentice.

• "Well then," Glisteningheart mewed. "Don't worry about it." She rested her tail on the tom's shoulders. "Only focus on your training, and just because your sisters became apprentices before you, doesn't mean you don't stand a chance of being a great warrior. One of the greatest leaders ever was in the same situation as you, and look at him now. Well, he's dead of course, but he was a great leader and will be remembered by all of the Clans." Glisteningheart smiled. She licked her paw and drew it over her ear repeatedly.
Wanting to get off the subject, Glisteningheart remembered there was barely any fresh-kill left. "So, Molepaw," She mewed. "The fresh-kill pile is low. Where is your mentor? Perhaps we can go hunting."

"I don't know where he is exactly," the brown tom
shrugged a bit. "But, alright. We can go hunting."
He was actually happy to leave camp and do something.

• Glisteningheart smiled. "Great," She mewed happily. She flicked her tail for Molepaw to follow, and she padded towards the gorse entrance. Checking over her shoulder to make sure Molepaw was following, she sprinted out of the gorse tunnel and into the ravine. Perhaps letting Molepaw focus on his hunting, he would feel much better. Well, Glisteningheart hope he would anyway.

OOC: We have to move to the TC territory thread now ;3 You can make the thread, or do you want me to do it? Perhaps you should do it...
