Some help here, do you know how to hide a link and replace it with words, like SummerClan Gathering Thread in the color of a link and if you press/click on it it takes you to the thread?

Any tips for a successful clan/pack? I'm trying, but mine always fail [I've been using Blackbird to get the feel of this site], but I know you need to keep the plot interesting. Do you know how to make it look professional?
Where do I post to be able to post on Advanced? My bio was accepted, as you might remember. :3
