    Dawnflower dipped her head, crying. Once the burial was over, she padded to Duskpelt. "Thanks for those words." she said. Dawnflower sniffed and ran to Spiderstar.

    Spiderstar didn't need to say anything. Willowstream's spirit had visited him, that was enough...

    "Its the least I could do." he mewed gently.

    "Spiderstar? Can I talk to you?" Dawnflower looked at him. "In private?" she added.

    "Yeah." Spiderstar mewed and led her to his den.

    Dawnflower followed him and then lay down. "I know that my sister was your mate. And you love her but..." She paused. "I-I... All this time, I've... Remeber that speech I gave? Well, it wasn't really a speech but the other reason I was jealous was because... She-You and I.."

    Spiderstar listened and realized what she meant.

    Spiderstar kept quiet, unsure what to think.

    "I'm sorry. After losing your mate who's my sister, you probably still don't feel the same way." She padded out of his den.
