    James looked to the side of him and saw Lucian.


    "Did you know i'm the kind of the world?" he played along with Lucian, although he didn't even know him.

    Conner ignored everything. He cried. He looked over to the ocean, Like he can see America.

    Lucian turned to look at Conner, seeing a tear fall from his eye. "Are you o--" he was cut off as his foot slipped from the rail, causing him to fall over the side of the boat. Lucian gripped onto the rails, knowing that if he let go he would plummet into the icy water below. "Conner! Help!"

    "I'll rescue you! I'm the king!" James said, jumping off from the rail and taking one of Lucian's hands and trying to pull him up.

    Conner saw him, He reached for his hand, trying to pull him abroad."Hang on!" He tryed to get him on.

    Lucian, his dark red eyes wide with shock, grabbed both James' and Conner's hands tightly.

    Mercady went back into her bedroom, as she bought a small bag of jerky for James. When she got into her bedroom, James wasn't there. She dropped the bag on the ground. "James!?" she gasped. Mercady raced through the boat, trying to find her brother. She went on the top deck and found James with 2 other boys, trying to pull one of them from slipping.


    "James!" she called, running to him.

    Carina saw Lucian fall off the railing and froze for a second. Once she was out of her daze she ran over there, her green eyes wide and slightly scared.

    He saw his Sister.

    Lucian gripped onto the side as he was pulled up, managing to get both feet back on the rail. "Hah... T-Thanks." he breath, finaly getting both feet back onto the ship.

    "At our service sir" James said, bowing down and making a captain salute.
    "James!" Mercady said, running to him and gripping his wrist in her hand. "I told you to stay in the room" she scowled.

    Lucian smiled to James, "Heh, ok captain." he saluted back to him, before seeing someone grip James' waist from behind. "Who is that?" he asked James politely.

    Conner said "Calm down! He saved my friend here!"

    Hollie had just looked over when they pulled him up. She frowns and walks over. "Hey...you okay?" She inquires to make sure the boy wasn't hurt or anything.

    Lucian turned to the girl(Hollie), and then smiled, "Yeh, i'm fine." a slightly blush appeared on his pale face for a second.

    Mercady rolled her eyes. "And a 7 year old boy with an illness who could die any minute now could have slipped off too!" She lifted up James and carried him.


    "Hey!" he protested. "Take me down right now! I am Captain James Wintergreen and i shall not be carried around like a baby!"

    Conner laughed "Look, that briefcase I gave you was Medicene. Your little brother looks extreamly ill."

    Lucian frowned slightly as the girl shouted angrily at him, but couldn't help but smile at James when he called himself 'Captain'. He hoped that James would getter better from his illness soon.
