Windfoot beckoned hi apprentice to come forward slowly, he had seen the vole, now all Rabbitpaw had to do was get it
Rabbitpaw stalked forward, he had already mastered the crouch, and was poised to leap
Robinspot spotted a vole and crept forward swiftly cranking his legs...

whipping around, moonshard notices the mentor and apprentice. "have you seen these weird tunnels?" he mews

Windfoot, Rabbitpaw, and Robinspot turned around quickly, the vole ran away at top speed, and Rabbitpaw looked on in longing. Robinspot and Windfoot shook their heads, "no...", said Windfoot, Robinspot nodded "me neither"

"oh, sorry about that vole rabbitpaw." moonshard looked down.

Rabbitpaw shook his head "no, it's fine"

"ok" moonshard flicks his tail. "what should we do about the tunnel?"

"explore!" all three toms said in unison

moonshard purred "great! there just there" he pointed with his tail

Windfoot lead the way inside tail flickering into the darkness as Rabbitpaw, and Robinspot followed

"dont leave me behind!" moonshard leaps into the tunnel and follows blindly

The three cats felt their way forward with their whiskers

suddenly, they smelled more cat scent. "darktail!" moonshard exclamed
in the light of a gap in the roof, darktail's outline could be seen "i thought i was the only one who knew about these tunnels!"

Windfoot shook his head blindly and hesitantly "not anymore" he meowed

Darktail unexpectedly said, "can i come with you?"
Moonshard still stared in shock

"oh i can show you the river. . ." she blabbered on and started walking

The three cats followe dcautiosly not paying any heed to Moonshard

only darktail noticed. "coming moonshard?" she looked back
Moonshard just silently followed
