Venomfang glared at the kit. "Being little and being a kit doesn't matter. You have paws." Venomfang snarled. The tom began making the wall entrance stronger. "It was never easy for me, you know. And now if you want to live it won't be easy for you, kit."

Sweetpaw dropped her prey in shock. She heard a rumbling sound and jumped back just in time to avoid being hit by a massive uprooted tree.

The kit was shivering and so was Lilypaw, but she went back in the water and rescued more cats.

Autumnbreeze heard Radiantflare's advice, and also knew that they were right above the rapids, so she tried to lift her front and back paws higher, so they wouldn't scrape the ground, and the rocks. She had to fight the current for a little while to get to the straying drift wood.
