Zeref said "Wouldn't I be trespassing?"

She nodded.

"Then why aren't you chasing me off?" Zeref asked. A voice said "Thats what I'm wondering." A new she-cat appeared and said "I'm Blueclaw. You are trespassing on Riverclan territory."

Silverpetal stood up and dipped her head to Blueclaw. "He was interested in learning about the Clans, so I was telling him."

Blueclaw said "As long as he learns and then leaves, then I'm fine with it."

Silverpetal looked at him. "What if he were to...oh, i don't know. Ask to join the Clan?" she asked Blueclaw.

Blueclaw sighed. "If thats ok with Night rage, its ok with me." Zeref asked "Who is nightrage?"

"Is it okay with him?"

"Lets go ask him." Blueclaw said, leading Zeref to the camp.

Blueclaw lead the two into the Leader's den. She asked "Nightrage. We have a loner who wishes to join us."

Silverpetal sat at the entrance.

Blueclaw said "Come on in Silverpetal."

Nightrage listened and said "We need new warriors at this time. I have made a decision. We will hold a clan meeting and announce our new member. What's it your name?" Zeref said "I'm Zeref."

Silverpetal watched them.

Nightrage said to his clanmates "In this time of need, we need all the warriors we can get. That is why I have decided that for the good of the clan, we will take in an outsider for our own." Zeref stepped forwards. "Do you, Zeref, promise to protect your clan, uphold the warrior code, and help in any way possible, even at the cost of your life?" Zeref said "I do." "Welcome to riverclan."
