    Kane heard Nate's howl and he told Jade to watch the pack. Kane ran until he found the ash-covered wolf. "Do you know where any others are?" he asked after he checked Nate was ok.

    Ember opened her eyes. She was laying on her back with a boulder on top of her. She had no memory of what had happened, only a memory of pain. Her breathing was labored, and her heartbeat racing. For some reason, she could not feel a thing. Suddenly panicking, Ember struggled to free herself from the crushing boulder and howled for help, but no sound came from her mouth.

    "I'm going to d-die before I I can te-tell Nate my my feeling for him" she whimpers her eye closed

    Kane had already heard it and was running that way, "Follow my scent trail until you see the others!" he called back to Nate. "Sage!" he called out once he got closer to the voice.

    Her eye closes and she lay motionless in a sea of blood

    Sage let out a mournful howl that broke the silence that had fogged the forest for a few moments. Her howl was twined with deep sad howls and long ones that echoed through any wolf's ear. She allowed sorrow to sweep over her gaze, eyes narrowing as her eyes clouded with memory for Moon. She hadn't known the she-wolf very well.


    Suddenly a dark shape burst from the edge of the bushes and came hurtling at them. Sage braced herself, snarling, ready to defend, but was confused as the dark shape slowed and pushed past Dark and her, it's jaws layered with herbs. "Can't you tell I was a wolf, I mean seriously, that shock on your faces almost made me crack up!", the wolf snapped, and Sage broke the silence,"Chimp! But- what happend to your fur?",The wolf blinked its dark yellow eyes,"Ash.. Soot.. Burnt Fur.. Eh, You know, stuff like that.."

    She sneezes then moans in pain"ouch" her eye still closed she manages to say"g-get Nate for m-me"

    Kane let out an ear splitting howl, not knowing how close he was to the group. He rushed into the clearing. Dark, Sage, Chimp and moon were there. "I can't believe i found you! We have to get back to the pack!"

    Nate looked around, the smoke still thick. He pushed through the mist, random coughs and missed steps were heard. He squinted his eyes and leaned down. What is it...is it? The pack!! Nate jumped up and raced over to Moon. "Moon! Oh no... Moon?"He said, sitting down next to her.

    She opens her eye"yeah it's me"she weakly lifts her head which is terribly wounded" my first day and look what happens I'm dying" she chuckles faintly she lays her head back"I really don't want to die before I tell you my feelings" she whispers"for you" and her eye closes
