• Silverfrost padded in her territory, RiverClan. . . It used to be great, wonderful, but now. . . ThunderClan, RiverClan, and even SkyClan's leaders were missing, and the main clans were slowly turning into ant-clans. . .

She shook her head, her heart heavy as she padded on. The young warrior needed to act like she was-eh- with it. . . with her home clan, her beautiful home with wonderful water, turning into a monstrous anti-clan. She growled under her breath.

  • ChampionHeart was hunting some fish in the river when she heard Silverfrost coming. She padded up to her and shooked water from her fur. "Hi" she said

  • Dewkit shook her fur, sending droplets of water. She had just tripped into a large puddle. She had to be quiet if she wanted to get out of camp. Dewkit sneaked behind bushed and large tufts of grass. Her grey pelt blending in. Her blue eyes wide and curious.

  • "That's actually who I'm looking for," said Waveflight, entering the clearing, "I'm supposed to bring her back to camp." she sighed. I've been having to haul all of these kits back lately. That's my job now, she thought. Even though the clan was corrupt now, she couldn't help but remain loyal. She knew that the leader will be back someday and all they could do was wait for his return.

"I suspected that she'd try to cross the river into Thunderclan territory, so that's where I was going," she said.

  • Silverfrost nodded, sleek tail twitching. "I see…" fear gripped her heart as she thought of the kit walking on the corrupt ThunderClan's territory… if they found her…

"I'll help," she mewed, quickly adding, "Just to make sure you hurry up."

  • "And don´t forget me" ChampionHeart said and blinked, but she was worried for the little kit.

  • Waveflight flicked her tail towards the river. "I keep thinking that I smell her, but my nose has been off recently. I've been hunting kits for too long," she muttered as she trotted towards the sound of rushing water. The dry earth soon turned into a soft, squishy sponge, oozing a boggy water all over her paws. She winced, the foul smell crawling into her nostrils. "Now I can't smell anything!" she snarled, swiping her paw at the dirt in frustration.

  • ChampionHeart looked worried at WaveFlight. Cahmpion didn´t know Dewkit´s smell...

  • Silverfrost padded over next to Waveflight, nose wrinkling as she smelled the fowl stench.
Lifting one dainty paw, Silverfrost dappled the soft stuff, immediately wishing she hadn't.

"Now I'm gonna have that stench forever," she mewed, trying fruitlessly to rub it off.

  • Waveflight laughed. "Don't rub, dab," she said, handing over a leaf, "Rubbing only presses the scent in even more." She continued to wade through the marshes, desperately trying to find any sign of Dewkit. There were no signs of prints, but a kit that size wouldn't leave any dent in the earth here. Scent was most certainly out of question, not being able to discern the marsh from a cat.

  • Silverfrost did as the other she-cat told her to do, nodding to her gratefully. "Waveflight. . . " she hesitated before continuing,
"D'ya think that Dewkit would survive in this muck?"

  • ooc: Hey guys! I'm gonna be inactive for a while because finals starts this friday. Sorry!!!!

Waveflight snorted. "Of course. Kits are tougher than they appear, Silverfrost. If anything got the kit, it'd be the river, but then she would have ended up right there," she nodded towards a meandering slow, "Dewkit is probably fine."

  • Silverfrost nodded slightly, her nose still wrinkled back in disgust. "I guess. . . but even I can't stand the stench!" her paws were absolutely horrible, and she knew that a lot of dapping would have to happen before it went away.

    OOC: M'kay!

  • Dewkit giggled when she saw what Silverfrost had stepped in. The little kit has been hiding in bushes behind them. Then all of a sudden Dewkit stepped into a deep pile of wet muck and started to sink in fast. Dewkit let out a startled mew. and started to struggle but that just made her sink in faster. By that time her whole body had been covered. She mewed for help, but it came out weak since the muck was squeezing out the air of her little fragile lungs. Tears started to swell in her eyes. And she mewed even harder eating her energy.

  • ChampionHeart turned around and listened. What was that? she wondered. Did you hear it? I think it was someone that mewed for help... she looked at the others. She thought that they all three thought the same...Dewkit but in this muck they couldnt smell something and Champion understood quick that Dewkit had mew after help. She turned around.
DEWKIT! she screamed and waited scared for the answer...if Dewkit was still alive...

  • Waveflight saw Dewkit sinking into the quicksand-like muck. She padded over and grabbed the kit by the scruff. "My you're stuck," she said as she struggled to pull her out, "Don't struggle, that only makes the sinking faster."

  • Waveflight dug around Dewkit's paws and slowly wriggled the kit. After a sickening pop! from the mud, she pulled the kit free from the marsh and set it down on a rock. "There you are! I've been looking for you everywhere!" she said, breathing hard.
