The wind ruffled the white kitten's fur as she stared at the relentless sky. The same old day, the same old night. Yet nothing was the same now, nor would it ever be. Freedomkit was her name; her father was Wrathstar, the ThunderClan leader. Yet he was missing now, and it hurt Freedomkit that she nothing in her power could help him. Nothing at all.

She had been evacuated from WindClan. She wasn't happy about it but she didn't complain.

Freedomkit's green eyes were dull as she stared into the sky. Why wasn't StarClan doing anything? Was the influence and direct approach of NightClan winning them over?

Stress had taken its toll on Freedomkit. Her beautiful fur and lost their brilliant sheen. Her green eyes dull. Nightmares encasing her every night.

It seemed as if she had given up. But she hadn't.

  • OOC: Unable to make the bio today but when I do I'll give you link. Did you want me as ThunderClan? Just want to double check before I screw something up xD

As the wind blew it stirred the warrior from her thoughts. The cool air sent a cold shiver down her spine and through her oddly striped silver pelt. She looked around her at her surrounding, her aqua eyes glittering with calm yet restlessness. She sighed and looked up at the sky, begging for StarClan to give some help to the missing leaders of the clans. She knew the other clans were her rivals but it wasn't right for any of them to be taken. She just hoped NightClan wouldn't take over.... if they did, life would be a nightmare come true.

  • [align=center]OOC: It's fine~

WindClan/ThunderClan is fine, since Freedomkit's a ThunderClanner and was evacuated to WindClan.

Freedomkit noticed the warrior nearby and she put on a faint smile. "Hello," she meowed to Hollowwind, her green eyes studying the warrior. She looked almost as if she was dazed, her white fur fluffing up, bracing against the wind. That's why she disliked WindClan. Too open, too vulnerable.

  • OOC: Alright. Just wanted to make sure.

Hollowwind looked at the small kit. She held back a laugh at the young she-cat's fluffed up fur. "Greetings," she replied calmly, examining the kit. She didn't like that some of the ThunderClan cats had come to WindClan but she knew better than to be hostile, that would only create trouble for everyone.

"I'm Freedomkit." The kit meowed with a sense of dullness. Surely Hollowwind would recognize her as one of the ThunderClan cats? A resigned sigh escaped her maw and she stared at the ground, dropping her gaze. She wanted her father so badly.

Hollowwind could sent the gentle waft of ThunderClan coming from the kit. She recalled that Wrathstar had a daughter.... this kit's name seemed familiar. "You're Wrathstar's daughter," she stated, "It must be hard." In truth, she knew exactly how it felt to loose a parent.... both actually, her parents had died when she was three moons old. She whisked the old memories from her head, trying not to think about Duskpaw, her sister, either. "I'm sorry for your loss. I know how you feel."

"Thanks," Freedomkit said with a sigh. "I just don't know if anything will be the same again." Noting how Hollowwind said that she knew how Freedomkit felt, she rested her tail on Hollowwind's shoulder with light sympathy, her green eyes fixtating on Hollowwind.

  • OOC: Omfg.... I did! IT DIDN'T SAVE IT?! UGH!!!! fixed it -.-

"All will become right in time," Hollowind assured the smaller she-cat. "I do not need your sympathy, but thank you as well." She smiled faintly, "If you want to, I can go get you something to eat if you're hungry." She was hopping to distract the kit from her troubles.

  • OOC: Okay :)

"Okay, that'd be great," Freedomkit meowed, a faint smile playing on her maw. "If that wouldn't be asking too much of you. What's your name, by the way?" The white kitten inquired.

  • "Hollowwind," the golden she-cat answered calmly. "It's nothing really, I'm pretty fast. It isn't much." She stood up and stretched her long, thin legs. "Did you want a fresh one or just anything? I'm good with either one," she meowed.

  • "Fresh, please." Freedomkit meowed, surprised at the hospitality that Hollowwind expressed to her. "Thanks a lot." she meowed with a genuine hint of sincerity.

  • Hollowwind smiled brightly, "It is my pleasure. After all, if another doesn't help us and then we don't help them, that just makes us as bad as them." She flicked the young cat's ears with her tail, "Lighten up kit, you're young, have some fun," she purred before padding off to go hunt.

  • "I'm five and a half moons," Freedomkit meowed with a sigh. "But I've been waiting out on it because I want my father to conduct my ceremony, not a foreign WindClanner. Gravelstar's nice and all, but it's just...familiarity of my own Clan always feels more welcoming. Thanks for your hospitality, by the way." she meowed.

  • Hollowwind paused and looked back at her. "Freedomkit, sometimes it is better to be late than on time," she meowed calmly. "Your father will turn up soon I'm sure. But for now, don't stress about it alright? You are one of the few that get to explore a different clan without consequence, have some fun with it." She smiled before continuing to walk away.

  • "I suppose." Freedomkit meowed, the words passing through her brain. "Wait--could you take me out hunting with you, please?"

  • Hollowwind shrugged, "Sure, why not? Just don't fall behind," she purred. She stopped and waited for the little she-cat to catch up.

  • Freedomkit trotted toward Hollowwind, her pace quite fast for a kit's. "I won't," she meowed, a hint of a smile playing on her frown. The white kitten caught up to Hollowwind then looked at her expectantly.

  • Hollowwind smirked, "You sure about that," she dared and ran out of camp, keeping it a slower run to see if the kit could keep up with just this. She glanced behind her to make sure the white kit was following. A glimmer of amusement played in her aqua is.

  • Faint amusement played in Freedomkit's green eyes as she sauntered after Hollowwind, keeping only a few mouse-lengths away from the warrior. Hollowwind, she thought, was nicer than others. If only...

  • Hollowwind purred and ran a bit faster. She kept the smile on her face, glad she was making the kit at least somewhat happy. She could scent rabbit but it was still distant so she didn't stop running yet.
