  • That, of course made her blush deepen. "Well, that is hard to believe. Don't they just come flocking to your door-step? I heard a rumor once that you had a special force just for that," she looked up at him with with another smile. "Surprisingly, kings of he Vampire world are apparently very desirable."

  • "Well," Riley let him twirl her around, laughing. "I think that's just plain cold, if you don't mind me saying. I'd live on the streets for someone who I'd love, rather than chasing after some other man." She sighed, shaking her head. "Money just means to much to people now a days."

  • ooc} Alright! Bye!

ic} Riley inhaled blinking as though someone had hit her.
Then regained her lady-like manners and gave Rite another curtsy. "It's been a pleasure dancing with you Lord Rite, I hope you enjoy yourself."
She was disappointed really, to dance a thousand more dances with this man still wouldn't be enough. He was so... relatable in the way that was as beautiful as his voice.

ooc} Maybe he should ask her to meet him somewhere after the next dance?

  • Riley looked surprised for a second, blue eyes stretched wide over her already pale face. Quickly, she gave a small grin. "W-why of course, Sir. Just meet me on the roof?"

  • ooc} Want to time-skip?

ic} With a wider smile, Riley glided off into the deeper crowds of the party.
Now, the only thing that could make her happier would to be to get out of this corset and slip on a shirt and a jeans.

  • She excused herself from her father's prying friends at the end of the party.
As quickly as she could, the Vampire made her way up to the roof- still wanting to change into street clothes.

  • Riley gave a small smile, executing a perfect curtsy. "Why hello to you too my Lord, the night is beautiful, is it not?"

  • She puffed out her cheeks and blew out all of the air in a relieved sigh. "Thanks, I'm about to die in this torture thing that they call a 'dress'." Riley blew a strand of blond hair out of her face. "That's ironic, never mind about that last sentence." She plopped down against the Chimney, slipping off the red heels that were also, ironically, "killing her". "Don't you just hate it sometimes? Having to be all high and mighty?"

  • Riley laughed, finally giving up on blowing the strand of hair out of her face she just tucked it behind her ear. "True," she looked up at him, her smile dancing in the moon light. "What's the highest perk about being the Lord?"

  • That, of course made the young vampire blush. "Other than that my Lord," there was that shy smile again, brighter than the moon shinning high above them. "But I am flattered."
