she sniffed the air. "black bird!" she thought to herself

dawnwhisper drpped her blackbird at the freshkill pile. she looked at quietriver. "nice catch!"

quietriver nodded. he pointed to her blackbird with his tail, nodding.

ic: quietriver picked up a squirrel and tossed it to her. he then took a vole and padded to the nursery and sat beside it. he began to eat the vole slowly, again watching the kits.

glasskit bounded over to him. "have you seen my daady?" she asked. leopardkit joined her sister. "yeah!werez foulsoul." rockkit padded toward his littermates. "only u, my mommy, and the apprentices are at camp.that makes twoo warriors"

Leopardkit batted at the air, trying to get his tail. "seven moons!" rockkit said proudly. glasskit bounded over to leopardkit, climbing on top of her sister to try to get quietriver's tail.
