Derf coughed and thought about backing away, but didnt

Exe grunted, letting out more gas as bean-scented fart bubbles continued blowing into Derf's face.

Derf could stand it no longer. he quickly ducked underwater, but forgot to hold his breath so he had to go back up for air

Exe continued tooting.

Derf stuck out his touge

Exey stopped her continous gassy outburst for now. "That's FIVE farts, Derf! Three of them were in your face!" She beamed proudly, wagging her tail.

"good for you," he growled, annoyed yet happy that she loved him

"Come on...It can be your turn if you want." She nudged him. She didn't mind Derf's stink, really.

"I can wait" he meowed, then yawned, "im really tired. are you tired?"

"I am," she agreed, rolling onto her back, floating.

"lets go back." he said, and lazily walked out of the pool

Exey yawned and trudged out, shaking her fur dry.

Derf walked to the alley, where he found Burn, Sot, Kat, and Poppy dozing on there backs. he jump in the garbage, where he fell soundly asleep

Exe decided to hop in next to Derf, and she did so.

After a few hours Derf woke up and saw Exey and purred
