• Kantos came to the water farther downstream He looked around at his surroundings, memorized them, and crossed the river. once he crossed it, he ran for the mountains

  • Persei barely made it out of the water alive. She struggled onto the opposite bank, wet, cold, and miserable. Usually this thing would be no problem for her, but she had barely gotten any sleep last night. She frowned at the landscape in front of her. "Mountains?"

  • Claira broke out into a sprint, she ran through the dangerous thicket, eyes narrowed.

The post was edited 1 time, last by Daily Insanity... O_o ().

  • As I said before...Reread what the Arena looks like! This year there is no Bloodbath, because the Cornucopia is not placed near the platforms where the Games start!

  • ^.^ I love how EVERYONE reads the rules! (By the way, that was sarcasm.-_-)

Persei leaned against a thick oak tree, catching her breath. She hated climbing, but she would have to.

  • Persei began scampering up the mountain, wishing she knew where the Cornucopia was so she wouldn't have to go hunting for it. She sighed, thinking of her family back home. And her friends. Mostly Griffin. She wondered if he was hunting by himself now, or if he had found a new hunting partner.

    Wow.

  • Persei bit her lip, thinking about Griffin. He had been her best friend for years now, and now he was pretty much gone. After all, she would most likely die in this stinkin' h*llhole.

  • The sun was boiling hot, so in just ten minutes she was completely dry. She wondered what teh other tributes were doing.

  • Kantos was about to start climbing a mountain when he saw something flash. It was the Cornucopia! He broke off in a sprint and grabbed his stuff. He grabbed the needles he knew were for him, and the orange backpack. Then, the boy from 11 walked into the clearing. Kantos got a needle ready and hid in the cornucopia.

ooc what can the boy from 11 grab?

  • Hm...Look back at the list! Whatever he grabs, if you plan on killing him, it MUST go back into the Cornucopia. (Since TECHNICALLY your only supposed to have two, and your still RIGHT next to it.)

Persei had just sat down to rest when she noticed the Cornucopia on the other side. She was about to go down the path when she saw the Career hiding in the shadows, targeting the district eleven boy.

  • The boy started to grab something when Kantos ran forward and put the needle into the boy's spine, crippling him. He pulled the knife out of the pack and killed the boy after saying, "I'm sorry." Kantos then ran in the direction of the water.

  • Persei waited until he was gone, then darted down the path. She stopped at the very edge of the clearing, making sure no one else was there.

  • Kantos grabbed the water bottle and filled it to the brim.
ooc what happened to the purifying drops from the book that were in the orange bag

  • The sun warmed Claira up, she stretched as she kept walking. She straightened her posture as she headed to the two mountains, her eyes widened when she finally saw the golden sheen of the Cornucopia. She srpinted through the trees to find it between the two mountains, she ran instantly for the silver bow and arrows.

  • Ooc where are the purifying drops in the orange backpack? They were there in the book
