  • Jaywing rolled her eyes. Oh great, she's gonna make her move, she thought angrily. She glanced at the tom in longing. I want him, but she'll take him..

(The blue italics mean she's thinking that.)

  • Jaywing sighed and decided she would follow them from the trees. She was skilled with climbing and jumping from branch to branch, her name wasn't Jaywing for nothing! She scaled a tree and silently followed them.

  • Jaywing felt a twinge of pain inside her. He's gonna chose her, I know it. They always choose the flirty ones, the ones that walk up to you and say 'I wanna be your mate' right off the bat. They never choose the silent ones, the ones that are patient and wait.. she thought. He whole mind screamed " I want him," but she stayed diligent and followed on.

  • Ah, now its getting all touchy, I should just jump down and- No, I can't, he'll know the right choice, he seems intelligent, he'll know. Jaywing argued with herself.

  • He sighed and dissappeared into the brush. Then he ran to the other end of the forest to have some time to think.

  • " so do you.." she fell silent seeing a mouse then killed it and dropped it at his feet " want some?" she asked quietly felling sorry about earlier when she was to forward but he was already gone she sat down sad and heart-broke

  • Jaywing saw him and hopped tree branches to follow him. Yes..Is this a chance? she wondered, a small glimmer of hope sparked inside of her.

  • Duskflight finally stopped by a big tree and he sat at the bottem and stared at the overhanging clouds.

  • She also was following when she saw the other she-cat in a tree 5 tail-lengths away from hers. She wondered it the cat had been following them

  • Jaywing poked her head down and blushed. She jumped down and padded next to him. "Alright, you got me." She mewed.
