    all the kits gathered around and pushed the rock off. melosa scrambled from underneath "thank you" she told her family. that night all the kits were in bed and melosa and goldenfur sat together under the moonlight. "mom? dad?" a tiny voice sqeaked behind them it wad goldfur. "what is it little one?" melosa said "i had a night mare" he said simply

    "it will be alright" he said to his little kit licking his ear "what was it about?"

    "well" the little kit said "I was hunting with you and mom and the other kits and" he said siffling, "a big mean rogue cat came out of the bushes and attacked us and he killed all of you. then he turned to mommy and said 'payback' and he kiled her too, and then he came twords me" he began to cry. melosa looked at goldenfur.
