"He is...he was your mother's grandfather. He's...well, I don't know much about him. I was an enemy on their lands." Miro wasn't a long-winded cat. He was doing his best, while being in the throes of his own private hell, besides.
Sunclan?

"Oh, well then why are we going there?" Thermo asked. "Anywhere that wouldn't accept you isn't a home for me."
-
"It's the last place where you have any family, I said. If you don't want to go there we can settle in another one of my densites," said Miro. "I have six of them."
-
Calmnight watched them leave, giving a sigh. It was probably for the better they were leaving, anyway. The black tom turned and left.
-
"Mind if I can go with you? I'll take you to SunClan later when the storm has passed away." Blazeheart meowed flattening his ears to his head when a gust of wind hit him. The storm might last for a couple of hours, that would be a diffucult to see and scent the SunClan camp.
-
Miro stopped, sunken like everyone mostly into the snow but with back, tail and head still above it, and partly the flanks. He looked over his massive shoulder. "You know where it is?"
-
Blazeheart ran up towards the cougar and gave him a quick nod. "Yes, I was the only warrior to know about the new SunClan territory. Elliefang wanted me to watch the SunClan camp, but the next thing you know it our land was taken." He whispered, making sure that Calmnight didn't hear.
-
Miro nodded, jade eyes flicking towards Calmnight and the others briefly then looking back at the honest-seeming smallcat. "You can come with us, then...thank you."
-
"No problem." Blazeheart meowed. "But I suggets to move quickly towards their uncle whoever, and get into safety. The storm is going to get worse once we get moving." He turned his gaze at he kits, worried.
-
"We're a couple days away from there. We'd have to stop anyway," said Miro. He looked at the three young orange toms. "Do you want to go to where Sunclan is now?"
-
"We should go see Brody first." Wildphyre said. He wanted to know any relative of his that was currently alive, and anyway, who wouldn't want to miss out on an adventure?
-
He smiled at the young tom. "I think we should visit their uncle first. The trip to SunClan could take a couple of days, but I want them to see thier relative first, if thats ok with you?"
-
"I'm fine with anything" Creon mewed he would go see Brody his 'grandfather" or he would go to Sunclan. "Although i think we should get to shelter soon or we might be buried in all this." he joked.
-
"Whichever you want, it's okay with me," said Miro. "Just remember I'm not welcome at Brody's."
Referring to other smallcats almost like they were on common ground was still foreign to the cougar--even though he had helped raise these smallcat kits, they had always held a separate place form others of their kind in his mind and heart. Now he was having to look at this in a whole new way.
-
Calmnight was soon out of sight.
ooc: Out.
-
" Ok, we'll see the uncle first then head towards SunClan." Blazeheart finally said.
-
"Then Brody it'll be...but we'll need to find shelter before then, it's a couple days away and we'll get nowhere in this weather. Come on. I know a place near here where we can den up for the storm." Miro turned around and started trekking again.
-
Blazeheart gave a nod, twitching his tail at the kits telling them to follow. "Which reminds me, what our your names?" The long-haired red tom asked while walking next to Miro.
-
"Well I'm Creon!"he mewed, leaning in closer he whispered "The coolest".
-
"I'm Miro." Sure, he could give his name to him...Miro was meeting more people now than he had met most of his life--they weren't cougars, but it was conversation all the same, and he always felt strange giving his name out, even when there was no threat.
