Tigertail woke up in the warriors den. He glanced at the sky, it was sun-high. Then he remember he had to go hunting. He padded to the clearing wondering who to take to the hunting potrol.

"Hi" said a pretty she-cat.

"Hello, whould you like to go on a hunting potrol with me," he meowed gently

"Okay" she said.

He padded torwards the tunnel, and waited for her.

she padded over.

"Hi" said a cat watching them

"Hello," he meowed to the cat. "What to come hunting with us?"

She spied a robin and stalked, pounced, and killed it.

"Yep, thanks!" She said overwhelmed that the dazzling tom had noticed her.

"Nice catch," he called. He stlaked a mouse and dugged his claws in it killing it. It dangled in his jaws.

"Thanks" she said. "That mouse looks meaty" she complimented.

She watched his hunting technique and tried to copy, but she failed. She tried again with her own technique and successfully killed a mouse!

He nodded,"do you want it?" He asked looking at the beautiful she-cat.

"Thanks!" She said shyly." I still need a lot of practise though!"

"What's your name, I'm Tigertail," he meowed

"My name is Brightpath." She smiled.

"That's a nice name," he meowed

"Thanks!" She turned to the skilled she cat that had caught a robin and said " What's your name?"
