No, she didn't. I don't think she did. If you look in the very last page in her posts, look at the one at the bottom, and she posts as a guest, asking questions about the site. I think the original owner was the person who started 'Count to a Million' in Fun Stuff, but they're gone now.

No Wynn didn't create the site. Roxie T did with her sister Elliefang. They aren't here any more though and when they let things go Wynn stepped in and pretty much inherited the site. That was years ago though.

T-Roxie and her sister Ellie originally made the site on Proboards. However, after a few years they became inactive and Wynn stepped in and took place as admin. Then, she moved the site from Proboards to here. :3 So I guess TECHNICALLY she made the site on SMF, but she however didn't make the original site. Either way, she's a BA admin. ;)
