    Darkleaf yowled with triumph, her mouth red with Taintedstar's blood.

    Twigstorm caught Darkleaf on the hind leg, and managed to do some damage. "You - you killed him!?"

    StarClan


    Grim grinned a little. "He was never accepted by StarClan." He spoke, hoping his whisper would travel on the breeze to Riddlestar.

    Taintedstar was finally dead.

    Riddlestar gave a jerk when he heard Grim. "Well, that's the end of him then..."
    He forgot to stay alert, giving his enemies a chance to attack.... (I'm leaving him here, giving Lunastar the chance to take one of his lives...)


    Fawntail wished this war would stop...

    Snowflower stood beside Grim, watching over the battling cats. "War...I only hope our wonderful kits are doing well" she murmured. "We'll be watching over you" she whispered, hoping that Riddlestar could hear her.

    Lunastar gasped, tears filled her eyes, "No!" She yowled, "You'll pay for this!" She yowled, pouncing on riddlestar, fangs and claws bared.


    Leafstep gasped, "Father!" She said to her brother, she could sense that Taintedatar was dead.

    Riddlestar managed to gasp, then fell over by the impact of Lunastar's leap.


    Fawntail's eyes widened. "Wha-?"

    Luminousclan.


    Leafstep's eyes filled with tears, "Father..." She muttered, "Come on!" She said to her brother as she started to make her way to Taintedstar.


    Lunastar's eyes filled with hatred and mourning, "How could you?! This is your fault! If you had listened to me all those moons ago, this war wouldn't have happened!" She hissed, "And..And he wouldn't be dead!" She yowled, digging her claws into her father.

    Shadeheart stared at the lifeless body of Taintedstar but he felt nothing except relief. He would never forget how his father hated him, even how his father tried to kill him after the incident involving Grimriver.


    Grimpaw hurried forward and gasped at the sight of his dead grandfather. He looked to his father, Shadeheart, and tears whelmed up in his eyes.

    Chaosstar plummeted from the cliff and fell to the ground with a sickening thud. His remaining lives were washed away, each one unable to heal the injuries he had sustained.


    TOLH


    Nightmare gasped as she gazed at Chaosstar's lifeless corpse. "This war is over..." She took a step back before turning and bolting towards the main battlefield in order to spread the news.

    ((So is the war coming to an end? Or not?))

    Riddlestar gasped and clawed at Lunastar uselessly. "No!" he blurted, "If Taintedstar never fed the kit with death-berries, he'd never have been exiled!"


    Darkleaf yowled madly at Lunastar and aimed for the she-cat, but a streak of brown hit her in her leap.


    Earthpaw pushed her mother over, being the thoughtless cat she was.


    Darkleaf spat angrily and kicked out at Earthpaw, managing to tear a gash in Earthpaw's leg.


    Silverpaw spotted her mother and Earthpaw fighting and hissed, "Don't fight with Mothe- Darkleaf you mouse-brained sister of mine!"


    Fawnleaf hurried after his sister, wondering what could have ended his father's life.

    Leafstep saw Taintedstar on the floor, she yowled, "No!" Tears filled her eyes, "Father..."


    Lunastar growled, "No! I fell in love with him, but you thought he forced me! You believed that Grimriver instead of your own daughter!" She growled, still digging her claws in even deeper.

    "It has nothing to do with that!" Riddlestar spluttered, barely able to breathe. "Grimriver is a warrior, and your dead mate was an apprentice. A rather smug one too!"


    Darkleaf and Earthpaw continued fighting. And Earthpaw was losing.

    Riddlestar's eyes rolled. "Sto-!" He fell limp.


    Darkleaf stopped clawing at Earthpaw. "NOOO!"


    Earthpaw limped away, grumbling. Silverpaw followed, angry.


    Fawntail spotted the two dead leaders. "No. That cannot be true!" he said, horror in his voice.

    Leafstep ran to her father's dead body, and nuzzled it, "No!" She yowled.


    Lunastar then looked at her bloodied paws, her eyes widened in horror, "What...what have I done?" She muttered, she then looked at her father's body, "I'm sorry father." She muttered under her breath to him, she then looked at her mate's dead body, tears filled her eyes, she couldn't take it. Lunastar then bolted off, out of the battlefield, and towards her clan.

    Riddlestar stood between the stars again, facing his clanmates. He felt the life going away again, and gulped.


    Cloudflight blinked. "I'm so sorry about that..."
    Oathkeeper nodded slightly.
    Nightpaw nuzzled Cloudflight. "I wish I could be down there with my sister... but Riddlestar, please take care next time..."


    Riddlestar glanced around at his clanmates, then wondered out aloud, "Where's Nighthawk?"


    Fawntail was frozen to the spot, not knowing what to do.


    Darkleaf blinked away her tears. "It cannot be true..."

    Leafstep looked at riddlestar and then her father's dead body, she snarled, "Who did this?!"


    Timekit looked around, "Brother, I think we should go back..." She mewed, "I have a feeling it's over."

    Fawntail shrugged. "I really have no idea..."


    Darkleaf's eyes gleamed. She'd had enough fighting, so she began shaking Riddlestar until he returned back from StarClan.
    "We're done here!" She hissed and ran back towards RiddleClan.
    Riddlestar followed, more slowly, still disoriented.

    Twigstorm had run after Lunastar as soon as her leader had left.
