Question about Music Videos and Backgrounds for Profiles!

Okay, so I need a staff member or anyone's help in general with a few questions I have. Here they are.

1st-Are Music Videos for profiles still allowed on the website? Because my code no longer works...

2nd-Can someone get a code for this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-sH53vXP2A I think it is the best song for me, considering I love minecraft and Captain Sparklez. xD

3rd-Second of all, can someone make a code for my profile background? Here is the link. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/cVOzmhdn8p4/hqdefault.jpg
