the twoleg said something and stuch the needle into patches' yellow fur. he yelped. then the twolegs brought out a contraption. -
When the treadmill stopped, Ten expected to be put back in her cage. But rather than immediately picking her up to put her back, the whitecoat watching her was scribbling on a clipboard and muttering, "CTF-10...ready for integration."
The whitecoat put the clipboard away and finally picked Ten up. Instead of going back to her cage, though, she was taken somewhere else entirely.5
