Alon came Lapaw, skipping, watching the greenage as she rushed by. Occasionaly she would feel the brush of the foliage against her brown and white fur. Fianlly, she felt the ground soften under her paws. She sunk into it and when she pulled ehr paws out, it made a long, scunchy sound.
Lapaw looked around the place, noticnig it's wet content. She wrinkled her nose in disgust and narrowed her eyes at her mentor. "Why here?" she relaized most of ShadowClan was marsh, but couldn't they use ThunderClan territory or something?
She had always hated ShadowClan. Sure, she was born and raised here, but her dream was that as soon as she became a warrior, she would run off. Never come back. She might go live in ThunderClan because she loved trees. Or WindClan, because she loved that it was so dry. But never would she have had pictured herself in such a wet place, like RiverClan or ShadowClan. -
"The marsh is filled with distracting smells and sounds," Shadowfang told Lapaw. "I good way to learn to be focused." he flicked his long, black tail to signal for her to follow him, then led the way deeper into the marsh.
-
Lapaw turned ehr full attnetion back to her mentor. "Gross." she muttered and shook out her white aws, now stained a deep brown and green. She followed him.
-
Shadowfang attempted to shove Lapaw into some mud. "Stop complaining," he growled at the apprentice, not bothering to stop and wait for her to get out of the mud.
-
Lapaw dodged quickly, leaving his paw hanging in the air. She planted her feet firmly and curled her lip back.
-
[align=center][font=georgia]Shadowfang plodded off, not noticing. He walked straight through all of the mud, not bothering to step around like he assumed his apprentice was doing. He came to a halt when he reached a small spot where there was little mud.
-
Lapaw growled at the cat. "I'm not training in this."
-
[align=center][font=georgia]"Yes, you are," Shadowfang growled.
-
Lapaw bristled and curled her lip, growling, "No. I'm. Not.!"
-
[align=center][font=georgia]"Yes, you are," Shadowfang repeated.
-
Lapaw started walking away.
-
[align=center][font=georgia]Shadowfang scowled. He stuck his paw in some mud on the ground, then slashed his paw through the air so that the mud flew off of his paw. It flew at Lapaw. xD
-
The mud hit Lapaw in the back but she kept walking, ignoring ehr mentor.
