Sneakshadow shoved him off. "Careful!" she warned. "And...no offense. It's not you. I just...wanted some alone time."

"That's okay!" he meowed. He hopped to his den. He couldn't sit still

Sneakshadow sighed. She was exhausted, but she didn't know why. She sagged her shoulders as her tail drooped and she padded out of camp, claws unsheathed and digging into the ground to keep herself from falling over.

Hiddenfall went out hunting.

Sneakshadow collapsed at the river, exhausted for reason she didn't know why. What was going on? Why was she SO tired?

Echofall slept in his nest

Hiddenfall sat down with his prey beside him and he began to think.

Breakingdawn purred. He wanted to ask Shatteredstar about kits. He was too afraid. She was leader. Not wanting to give up her position. Why would he think such a thing? She'd rather be leader, than have kits.

Sneakshadow's paws dipped in the cool ripple of the stream, she stared at her reflection somberly. The she-cat could still remember the words of her dead sister, Racoonpaw.

"Sneakshadow...before your first joy in the world becomes old enough to say it's name, your life shall end to save another's.

He smiled.

She purred.

He nuzzled her and whispered, "I love you."

She licked his nose. "I love you, too."
