Poppyflicker, on a hunting patrol in Shadwowclan, nared the lake edge. Taking his gaze across the horizion, he noticed a pretty shecat that could only be his mate. Looking for the rest of his patrol, he told them he was going solo for awhile before dashing over the border

Amberheart stood at the sight of her mate. "Poppyflicker!" She called in a low vioce. Her ligthswitch looking tail flikered on and off.

Amberheart!" he purred, running up to nuzzel her. "Ive missed you so much, and i couldnt get away from the clan." he whispered, pulling her closer with his tail.

Amberheart leaned into him; "We are going to have six." She mewed, though it was muffled because her face was buried in his fur. Amberheart sucked in the scent of him.
