Dexter rolled her dark eyes. "All I know is that I've never seen Bery in my life." he lied. Deexter remembered her from kindergarden and grade school. He just didn't want to admit it.

Crissim raised an eyebrow doubtfully, then asked, "Oh, really? Well, seeing as you have no idea who she is, why don't you tell me who you think she is," he suggested, though his voice left no room for argument.
-
"I think she's a stupid fucking whore who needs to learn the fact that I don't like her."
-
Crissim let out a soft snort, "Is that all?" he asked sarcastically, shaking his head. "Well, whether you believe it or not, you used to think very, very differently about her," he said quietly, wondering what his reaction would be.
-
Dexter stood, suddenly, and opened the door. "You can leave now." he said in an ordering tone.
-
Crissim quirked an eyebrow, but nodded, turning to leave. Stopping behind the threshold, he said one last time - knowing it would most likely not be handled well, "And you know where I am if you ever want to talk," then he strode down the hallway without looking back.
ooc: Dexter's having some problems. X3
-
Dexter sucked in his breath for a moment and then ran across to the next room, knocking on the door. "Berry?" he asked, thinking that was her name.
(( I love I'm in love with my 22 year-old second-cousin. XD jk...But, I do worship the dude. ))
-
((Funny. X3 lol))
Terry stirred from the light sleep she'd fallen in after Crissim left hearing someone call for a 'Berry'. Wha'? Berry? she thought getting up, recognizing Dexter's voice. For the space of half a second she grinned and darted to the door. Then, remembering what had happened, her smile dimmed and she hesitated for a moment before opening the door. With a raised eyebrow, this time to attempt to look impassive - and failing to a point - she asked in an even voice, "Come to threaten me with death again?" Even though she was attempting at staying calm, her voice still had traces of the humor that she still had.
-
Dexter's eyebrows drew together slightly and he looked at the floor. "I...Ehem Never mind." he said in a faint voice. Then, he turned and went back to his room and laid backwards on his bed with his hands on his forehead. "Stupid. Stupid. Stupid."
-
Terry let out a slow, long breath, chastising herself for saying something so stupid to him when he first came back. Shoving her door behind her, which closed with a small 'click,' she walked over to her bed, fell forwards and mumbled various reprimands to herself, hands over her head like it could cover her from her frustration and confusion. "You're an idiot, Teresa Calith Raynes, a stupid, idiotic dunce," she kept muttering, shaking her head.
-
He slowly fell asleep and dreamed about his past to Terry, new to Dexter times of the two.
-
ooc: How long do they stay in the Capitol before the Games - do ya know?
ic: Terry turned over on her side, heart both hardened and feeling more or less cracked, and struggled to fall asleep, thoughts of Dexter swimming through her head. -
(( Let's make it the day after the interview...Cause we're cool like that. 8) ))
Dexter snored quietly, dreaming about the day he fell in love with Terry. Kindergarten.
-
((Ah, yes, I second that motion.
So... because of my lack of workign synapses due to lack of sleep, I forget - they haven't had the interviews yet, have they? Or have they?
ic: Terry sighed, remembering the first night on the trian as it ran through her mind in the form of an etherreal dream.g -
(( In the morning. ))
(( Time skip? ))
-
((Yup, sounds good.))
-
(( You start ))
-
Terry sat up, swinging her legs down from the bed, and yawned. "Today's the day... the sun's shining... and I'm going to go die figuratively," she mumbled to herself mock-cheerfully. "Then tomorrow, I die literally. Yay," she muttered, standing up and stretching as she looked out her window and out to the garden.
-
Dexter was already up. He was on the roof, staring at the sky.
-
Terry took a deep breath and stepped out onto the garden terrace, staring out at the Capitol buildings and briefly wondering where Dexter was before shoving the thought from his mind.
