OOC: Er...did you? The title hasn't changed. xD
"It's okay." Thorn licked the top of the kit's head comfortingly. "They're not going to hurt you."

ooc: lol, oh.. sorry I'm on my phone, and it glitches all the time xS hopefully it worked this time XD
ic: Rain looked up at Thorn. ''I-If you say so..'' but she felt somewhat comforted by his words, because she trusted him. She licked her chest nervously. ''What if they don't like me..?'' -
OOC: glitchy phone = understood, sister. xD
IC: "They'll like you fine," purred Thorn. "What have you done to them, anyway? You're just a kit, you did nothing wrong." He hoped this amiable little bit of fur would be accepted into the Tribe without trouble. -
ooc: XD
ic: Rain smiled, reassured. ''Yeah, I guess you're right.'' she looked around. ''So... um... what now?'' -
Fable slipped out of her den, seeing Thorn with a strange kit and approaching the young tom, "Hello, there, who's this?"
-
Thorn smiled back, dipping his head in respect. He liked his leader. "I found this kit wandering the territory. She smells like Clan, but she's alone and looking for a home. She seems to remember nothing of where she came from."
-
Lots of cats coming out eyeing the kit curiously one cat steps out in front of Secret and hissed "What have you done Secret!
bringing a Clan kit into our camp!" Secret just spat at his feet. "You were a Clan kit and you came right into camp yowling, 'ShadowClan! help me! help me!' you were lucky enough to live with Moon of a starry night!" she brushed past him flicking his face with her tail -
Rain looked up, trembling, at the unfamiliar cats. ''I-I'm Rain-'' Her voice came out as a squeak. She stopped, cleared her throat and lifted her chin, trying to seem brave. ''I'm Rain of Silver Night.''
-
Thorn looked down at Rain of Silver Night and nodded. The Healer to-be nudged the kit gently with his soft brown paws, trying to comfort her.
-
Rain looked at the tom and smiled shyly, somewhat comforted. She looked back at Secret and then at Thorn curiously. ''So are you guys... apprentices?'' She asked the question that'd been on her mind for a while, cocking her head slightly.
-
"I'm a Healer to-be, equal to a...er...medicine cat apprentice." Thorn was pretty sure that was what the Clans called their Healers. He didn't know much about the Clans, and he had never been to them. He had met a few Clan cats when they came with news, which was how he knew their scent, but that was pretty much all he had had to do with them. He preferred the Tribe much more. It was a good home and a good life here.
-
''Oh.. ok'' Rain mewed happily. ''A Healer.. that's a medicine cat? Cool! What do you call warriors?'' She was getting excited, and her curiosity was growing.
-
"This kit is welcome to stay here if she choses," the Leader growled, her evergreen eyes fixing on some of the surrounding cats.
-
Thorn dipped his brown tabby head, large blue-green eyes liquidy with relief. He was pleased that the kit would be allowed to stay. "Who will take care of her?" he asked. "I could find a queen if you wanted." The tom knew that he would willingly search the entire Tribe for someone to take care of the little she-cat. Thorn of Moonlit Bush had always been known for his compassion and selfless nature. It was a flaw in certain situations, but a blessing in ones like this one.
-
Rain gazed around, a wide, excited smile on her face. She was so happy to finally have a home! But as she looked at some of the cats, her smile nearly vanished. Not all of the Tribe cats seemed happy to see her.. some of them were even scowling, and others she could tell were barely holding back sneers of disapproval. She again felt a twinge of doubt and worry. She felt nervous again and she looked up at Thorn, her big green eyes glittering anxiously.
-
Thorn nosed Rain's ears in the friendliest way possible, blinking at her gently with sweet sea-green eyes. He wouldn't let anything hurt her.
-
"How old are you, little one?" Fable asked.
-
''I'm four moons...'' She paused thoughtfully. ''I think...''
-
"She doesn't remember much," explained Thorn. "Not even her own name. I renamed her Rain of Silver Night. I hope that's all right," added the tom with a twitch of his striped ears. His eyes were full of innocence, and yet in their calm, ocean-colored depths flowed a thoughtful sort of seriousness not usually found in toms his age.
-
''Yeah...'' Rain licked her chest, embarrassed. ''The last thing I remember is....'' She tilted her head, her brow furrowed. ''I remember waking up in a den, all alone... no one was around and I think I felt.. confused.'' She shut her eyes tightly, struggling to recall what it was exactly that happened. ''I... I went out into... was it the camp..?'' Suddenly, her eyes flew open. ''The camp!! It-it was burned! Everything outside of my den was black!!'' She closed her eyes again. ''And.. I was alone.. I went out looking for them, and I've been wandering around ever since.'' She looked up at Thorn in despair, tears shining in her eyes. ''Th- that's all I remember.''
