She walked through the woods with a slight limp.
Rhaego's ears twitched as he heard a sound. His eyes widened and he backed into his den in the ground. his pupil-less eyes watched in the darkness of the hole.
His ears turned towards the sound but he dared not go out incase it was a predator.
Her black ears twitched nervously at the sound of scuttling and the crying of dry, dead leaves. Zara lowered her wolfish head and peered warily through her silver eyes as she crept closer and closer.
Rhaego didn't move a muscle, he just lay quiet.. still.
Zara's instincts screamed to run, in any direction except forward. Danger! her mind yelled. Turn around! She shook her head softly, slowly, and continued to walk forward at a wary pace. Her chest rumbled with the beginnings of a growl, but she quickly stopped once she realized what she was doing. Her tail swayed low, left and right.
