Mercede bent down until she was perfectly level with the boy. "It's okay," she murmured softly, "Were not going to hurt you, see?" She unfurrled her wings, shacking them lightly.

The boy put his hands in front of his face.
''I don't beleive you!''
''Well, do you have a name?''Jay asked.
''A-Ace.'' -
Mecedes glanced at Jay, and back at the boy. "I'm Mercedes, and this is my friend Jay," she said calmly.

''Um...''Ace said.
''It's okay.''Jay said, -
Mercedes smiled sweetly at the boy, Ace, and offered her hand towards him.

Ace put his head down.

Mercedes looked up at the sky, expecting Erasers to drop down at any second. Was this some kind of trap? She fell silent, suddenly fearful.

Ace looked at her.
This kid obiously just escaped from the school.Jay thought. -
Mercedes forced herself to look away from the sky. She took in a deep breath, and forced a smile. "Are you hurt?" She asked Ace calmly.

Ace looked at her. Water floated around him.
''Whaaaaaaaaaaa?''Jay asked. -
Mercedes eyes widened, but instead of screaming or jolting back, she clapped. "Wow, Jay! Look, look! That's really cool!"

Ace actually smiled. A stream of water aimed to hit Jay's face. Water splashed everywhere.

Mercedes didn't dodge the water as it sprayed in all directions. She stuck out her tongue and caught a few drops, giggling softly.

Jay's face was covered with water. Ace seemed to change and Laughed.

Mercedes shook droplets from her wings, amazed. "That was really cool. I'm guessing it's an ability of yours?"

Jay growled. Ace nodded.
''I never get to use it...'' -
Mercedes laughed softly, glancing from him to the stream below. "I don't have much of an ability, but that really was something," she breathed.

Ace looked at her and kinda smiled, kinda frowned.

Mercedes starred at him for a moment, and tore her gaze away. He could be tricking us, she reminded herself. I have to stay on guard.
