Lost and wandering kit on Riverclan border HELP!

    Ruff!!! The dogs were right behind her. She had no choice. She would run. She would run until she lost the dogs. Luckily, her mother had taught her how to hunt and climb trees. "I may be only 5 moons old" she thought, "but if no one finds me soon, I can take care of myself for a while. So she ran.
    As soon as she got the chance, she swerved right, then left, and confused the dogs. She darted up a tree, hopping from branch to branch and soon she lost them. She dropped to the ground, and decided to hunt for a mouse and then find somewhere to sleep. She didn't have to go far before she saw a blackbird tugging on a worm. It seems too interested on that worm to notice me. she decided. I might as well try to catch it.
    She crept forward, shook her haunches, and leapt, but her tail had brushed the ground and the bird escaped in a fluttering mass of feathers. "Fox dung." she muttered, and looked again. This time she found a small, old mouse, but it was an easy catch and took the edge to her hunger away. She decided that it was getting dark, and soon found a good spot to sleep-under a tree there was a cave in perfect for her. She curled her tail around her nose and drifted off into sleep, trying not to think of her mother and father who had been devoured by those dogs too.

    Spottedpelt had heard the dogs. She went out on patrol to chase them away, but she couldn't find them. Instead, she smelled a kit. Just a kit and stale dog smell. She followed the scent to a cave, where she found the ki curled up in a ball. "Wake up. You're safe now," she gently mewed.

    "Wha..." Splash began before she saw the cat. She crept to the back of the cave. "Wh-wh-who are you?" she stammered. "I'm sorry if i'm on your territory," she began again. "I'll leave if you want me to.."


    OCC: I forgot to explain that this is the beginning of Splashsoul's life, where she was found on the border of Riverclan.

    OCC: that's alright


    "You're fine, just on the border. If you come with me, you may become a warrior of riverclan!" Spottedpelt soothed.

    "Whats a warrior?" she asked. "And what's Riverclan?" She crept closer, eager to hear what this strange cat had to say.


    Occ: Wanna be clanmates?

    "Riverclan is a group of cats that serve starclan. Starclan is where our ancestors live when they die. A warrior protects the clan and her clanmates, no matter what the cost. You learn to hunt fish and fight," Spottedpelt explained.

    "Wow." Splash was mesmerized by that thought. "What is your name? What will I be called?"

    Splash turned in fear but saw no-one. "I'm not a kittypet!" she meowed defiantly. "I know how to hunt and climb trees and....." her voice trailed off.

    "Don't even think of calling us weak!" Spottedpelt growled. "Sorry, little one. My name's Spottedpelt, but our leader will choose yours."

    "Ok." splash said. "Thank you Spottedpelt."


    OCC: I know when i get there it will be splashkit, then splashpaw, but can my warrior name be splashsoul?

    OCC: Thanks.


    Splash: "Are we going to where Riverclan lives?" she asked. "I really want to meet some other kits so I have someone to play with. I want someone to take care of me too. Being alone is no fun."

    "I'm taking you to the RiverClan camp. Don't worry, you may become an apprentice soon." Spottedpelt soothed.

    "I told you! I'm not a kittypet!" She wailed. "My mother and I used to wander. She's dead now." And she laid down and started to sob.

    "There, there. If it makes you feel better, I was once a wanderer too. Then I found RiverClan and earned my warrior name," she soothed. To the stranger "Go away before my patrol finds me, you mean cat!"

    "You-You were?" she sniffled. "I want to be a warrior too." She laid down and closed her eyes. "Thank you Spottedpelt. That makes me feel a lot better."

    -just look at the kit and suddenly remembering she had lost her kits at her age- "fine just go get yourself hurt"
