Is there a way to hide or collapse the news header?

    It may seem silly that I want to hide, remove, or collapse the news header (the thing listing badge events and links to gathering, member camp rps, etc), but consider that I have the font size of my browser turned up to HUGE due to poor eyesight. So that news header takes up nearly a whole screen-scroll on every single page. Yes, I'll read the news header from head to toe when it changes, but do I really need to see it everytime I load a new page?
