    Flarepaw nodded his goodbye, and padded toward the fresh kill pile. He nosed around in it for a moment before choosing a rather scrawny vole for himself. He placed it aside, then pulled a plump blackbird out of the pile. The ginger tabby turned, padded over to Snowsong, and dropped it at her paws. "You need all the food you can have," he urged her gently, flicking his ear as a pestersome fly landed on it.

    Novastar walked around camp, trying to find warriors to go out for dawn patrol.

    The exotic Bengal turned to see stormstrike padding up to her. She dipped her head in turn. "Absolutely."
    After another stretch, Basilstride found herself fully awake."You?"

    beluga-''I'm good, although tired because I had to give Icepaw an early-morning hunt today.'' Stormstrike yawned. ''We did pretty good, considering that most of the prey was still asleep.'' He meowed, ''Like I should've been'' he rolled his eyes.


    Deaththekid- He smiled at the young kit. ''Hello, Shadowkit, did you sleep well?''


    staccato- Skykit and Lilykit stopped tumbling over their mother and ran over to Snowsong. ''Hi, Snowsong!'' they mewed. Lilykit cocked her head. ''Mother said you were having kits!''
    Skykit mewed, ''And soon we'll have even more friends to play with!''
    Lilykit nodded excitedly ''Yeah! How soon are they going to be here Snowsong?''

    beluga-Stormstrike laughed. ''It's a good idea, but Novastar wants me to do the early-morning one because apparently I'm the only one who can hunt well enough that early.'' He snorted, ''Personally I think it's because he can't find anyone else who'd do it''


    staccato- Skykit's eyes opened wide. ''So.. they could even come out right now?''
    Lilykit squealed in excitement. ''I can't wait!'' she pranced around, singing ''We're gonna have some new friends, we're gonna have some new friends, la la la la la'' she flicked her tail at skykit ''Come on skykit, sing it with me! We're gonna have some new friends...'' skykit joined her, laughing. They danced around until Leopardstep called out ''Alright, kits, that's enough of that. Why don't you go outside to play for a while?''
    ''Okay!'' The two kits raced out of the nursery.
    Leopardstep turned to Snowsong. ''Sorry about that, they're a little hyper today..''

    Snowsong smiled "It's fine, I think it's sweet actually" She purred cheerfully

    "You're probably right." she commented.
    Basilstride srolled her shoulders to get the blood flowing."Well, I'm going to go see if [who's the MC?] needs help collecting herbs."

    Leafkit saw the kits playing. "Wait for me!" she said, running toward them.


    Redpaw saw Icepaw and ran over to her. "Hi Icepaw!" he said cheerfully. He was in a happy mood, as he always was when Icepaw was around.


    Moonheart padded over to Stormstrike. "Hi Stormstrike. How are you?" she asked, her green eyes sparkling.

    Pantherkit bounded out of the nursery, tumbling over her big paws. She gazed up at her mother as she came over.



    Jaywhisper bent down and brushed her tongue over Pantherkit's ears. She lifted up her head and drew her amber gaze around the camp.

    Stripedtail walked over ti sit by shadowkit. " what's wrong" she asked. He looked at her. " nothing just watching the others" he said calmly. " why not join them" she asked. " not really my forte " he replied

    ooc: srry i havent been on forever ^-^
    ic: Moonspark walked up to Flarepaw, "So, how are we doing on our herbs?"

    OOC: Moonstrike is, I think :) and recap: well basically it's morning, the kits are all playing outside, and Novastar is trying to wet up a dawn patrol. Basically all the cats are being introduced and saying good morning and stuff :P


    Stormstrike nodded at Basilstride.''That's probably a good idea, Moonstrike and Flarepaw seem pretty busy these days.''
    Stormstrike turned to Moonheart and smiled politely. ''Good morning, Moonheart, I'm pretty good. Just tired, mostly.. what about you?


    Icepaw jumped, startled. When she saw it was Redpaw, she sighed, releived, and even smiled. ''Oh, Redpaw, it's just you!'' She was glad to see the young tom as he was basically her only friend.


    Lilykit pranced around Spiritkit. ''Hiya Spiritkit, wanna play?'' She darted forward and poked the kit. ''You're it!'' she laughed and scampered away. ''Leafkit, Pantherkit, want to play too?'' She asked the other kits when they came out of the nursery.
    Skykit followed his sister, than stopped when he saw Shadowkit sitting alone. ''Hey, Shadowkit, don't you want to join in? I bet you'd have fun!''


    Leopardstep laughed. ''Well, I guess so.. but they sure are a pawful!'' she sighed, ''Just wait, you'll see what I mean..''

    Basilstride dipped her head to Stormstrike before padding away. Her tail waved lazily behind her.

    The Bengal she cat stuck her head through the lichen screen of the medicine den. "Moonspark?"
