"Fine!" he shouted after her "see if i care next you get hurt!" He wrenched his locker door open, snatched up his books shoved them in his bag, slammed his locker closed and stormed away to class.

She walked into class and sat in the back
(time skip?) -
((To when?))
Storm slammed his book onto his desk and began to scribble down his notes.

(after school)
She sighed and began to doodle in her book she normally took notes but today she was distracted -
((Okay))
Still in a foul temper, Storm snapped his locker shut at the end of the day and swung his bag over his shoulder. He walked over to the door and pushed it open. As he padded down the steps a light wind ruffled his blue black hair.

Paige grabbed her things and shoved them in her bag walking out the door shicering from the cold

Storm heard someone come out of the door after him, he looked over his shoulder and saw Paige. He frowned and quickened his pace.

She pulled her hair closer to her face and walked past him

Storm huffed and slowed his walk right down so to put as much space between them as he could.

She looked at him "i'm sorry for yelling at you but really its not a big deal"

Storm stared at her, his ice blue eyes hard. "It is a big deal," he replied.

She looked at him "please" she pleaded "its okay i promise i'de tell you if it wasn't" she said softly

Storm's face grew harder "you not okay,' he said quietly.

She looked at him softly "I am, I love my parents and they would never hurt me. Yesterday was an accident..."

Storm glared at her "they did hurt you," he growled and gestured at her face.

"but they didnt mean to" she said softly although she knew she was lying

Storm looked at her "look me in the eye and say that," he said.

She turned to him she was good at lying "they didn't mean to" she said looking st him truthfully

Storm's eyes narrowed "then why is the bruising so bad?"

"i fell and hit my head against the tabe" again she said it truthfully yet it was another lie
