110 Hunger Games starting!

    Kara took her stake sharpened it more and then took of a large branch from the tree and widdled it into a spear and threw the spear at the rabbit.

    Clove fell asleep warmed by Twills body heat and awoke to the sound of the capitals anthem. She woke up Twill and waited for the sky to show who had died.


    The capital showed the people who died in the bloodbath....

    District 3 boy
    all from District 5
    District 7 boy
    all from district 8
    District 9 girl
    District 10 boy
    all from district 12


    Richard smiled Ladies and gentleman looks like this year's bloodbath has been overfloading! This leaves only 13 tributes left!


    Clove gasped and realized how lucky she was to still be alive! She looked at Twill Were the lucky ones... she then realized she was starving and she looked at Twill trying to forget the bloodbath out of her head with a little hunt. Want to go hunting?


    Jake smiled Good job guys. Now get as much things as you can and lets move. He carried some things in a backpack and headed to the lake. When they got there he could see there was something waiting for them...deep down in the water.. he shook it off and called the group. We will be jumping from iceberg to iceberg, but don't fall or you'll die of ponemonia and who knows whats down there...

    Iris jumped quickly to another tree and keep going. She held her arm. It wasn't so bad. She heard Richard talking about the blood bath around the arena. She then whistled a four note song and looked to the sky.

    Evan looked around, "What about the girl?!" He looked in the direction he heard the twigs snap, but she seemed no longer there. He muttered under his breath, was he really paired up with these stupid heads?!


    Twill woke up hearing Clove's voice. "Sure..." She yawned, watching the sun come up, even though it gave little warmth to them. She took off the blanket, and packed it into her backpack. She then used her spear to go down, like she did going up.

    Iris decided it was best if she followed the Career pack. They can take her to a good water source or some good berries. She jumped from tree to tree tracking there foot steps.

    ''You wanna freeze to death so you can kill another tribute?'' Rosy asks with a knowing look.

    He glared at them Just listen guys!he said annoyed. We need to make camp, not just stay out here in the open and that igloo looks like a great place. Besides I bet some of the tributes will follow us. He kept walking towards the lake.


    Clove waited for her to get downI will head east and you head east. Meet back here in about 1 hour. she started to head off. When she got to a good place she build a few simple traps she learned in training and then climbed into a tree silently and waited for about 20 minutes until suddenly a rabbit hopped into view. She grabbed her knife and threw it hitting it right in the eye. She jumped down and grabbed it putting it on her belt for camp later.


    Richard looked at the tributes through his globe. It was beginning to be boring, time ot heat it up... Add a trabree (mix of beetle and bees. They are poisonous beetles that fly poison like trackerjacker, a little less harsher though) nest and also add two of those wolves near Twill and Clove...


    Clove finished putting the rabbit on her belt when suddenly she heard a growl from nearby. She turned aorund fast her knife ready as a wolf-like animal came out. Suddenly another one came out behind the first one. They glared at her hunger in their eyes. She threw the knife hitting one in the leg and in that split second it whimpered and then they pounced... she had nothing to do except to followe her instinct. She ran towards a tree and climbed quickly up and screemed as claw marks scratched her ackle deeply. She ignored it and kept going until she was a safe distance away. She relaxed but suddenly one of them jumped and started climbing the tree after her. She screamed once more and kept climbing up no where to go, but up...Twill! Twill! Help me! she screamed her heart racing.


    The beatles landed in the forest and started buzzing looking ofr an opponent....

    Twill had started walking the way Clove had told her, she had made a trap and caught a stray white hare. She smiled to herself, it died before she had to go over and kill it with her spear. She was waiting for another when she heard Clove's scream. She got up put the Hare in her backpack and got up and ran towards the yelling. She yelled back "Clove?! Clove!!".

    She heard Twill's shouting in the distance Help! Help! she was so scared she couldn't think straight, But she had to relax. She started to breathe in and out and kept climbing relaxing a it more. She got calmed enough to gra a knife she looked back at the wolf-like creature with bloodthirsty eyes. She grabed her knife and threw it aiming for its chest.


    The wold screeched and fell ack to the second ranch it shook itself off and growled angrier now and started climbing again.


    Clove started screaming again Twill!


    Jake waited for the others to catch up.

    Rosy follows Jake in silence.


    The twins sat huddled together in a tree.

    Beatles heard noise in the forest and started heading towards the twins, the sound turning louder and louder.
    Jake got to the lake Ok we have to jump from iceberg to iceberg, is tricky, bu worth it.. you guys up for it?
    Clove kept screaming for Twill's help

    OOC: Carrick's not going to be a career. He's going to like...protect Clove from afar (isn't she the other district 4?)

    Carrick followed the others, leaving the careers. He stayed a bit aways as to not arouse suspicion but to keep an eye on them. Carrick had no one to go home too, and he had promised to protect Clove. He saw her calling for help and ran towards her. "Clove!" he said softly as he approached.

    He looked at he water and touched it lightly Not a good idea you would probably freeze to death...we have to jump over. He looked over at a nearby iceberg he breahed in and then he jumped...he was in the air for a split second and then landed on the iceberg. He stood there for a second getting his balance and hen looked back smiling. thats how you do it.


    Clove heard Carrick's voice from far awayCarrick? she stood there confused for a second, but then shook it off. Help! she screamed getting more nervous by he second, i was coming up quickly... she got a knife and through it hitting it right in the eye. She watched the wolf whimper and fall down to the floor with a hard thump and then it stood still. She stood there shocked, but then didn't waste any time. She jumped to the next tree and then climbed down. She turned aorund and froze. There in front of her was the other wolf... she sood there not making any sudden movement. She looked into its eyes and saw a hint of kidness, but maybe it was her imagination... it came closer and started sniffing her hand. She let it sniff her not moving. Suddenly it did something unexpected. It sat down and just stayed there his tongue drooling. She suddenly understood. She looked at the hare and broke a piece off and gave it to him. It ate it hungrily devouring it quickly. She stayed there and gave it another piece.

    Rosy nods,''Um can you keep your arms out so you can grab me in case I don't really aim well with me jumping?''

    Carrick ran up to her. "Clove! Are you okay?" he asked and then saw the wolf. "You made a new friend?" he whispered and raised an eyebrow pointing at it.

    She looked at him I....I guess so she smiled. She reached out with her hand and patted its head. First it was a ittle uncomfortable, but then it liked it and started wagging its tail. Soon she asked Carrick to come and they both started to pet it. She kneeled down and started to rub its belly. After a few minutes she stood up and went to look for Twill. She looked back at the wolf and started thinking of a name.... the wolf followed behind happily.


    Jake held out his hands all ready...


    the beatles found the twins and started creaping towards them...
