I looked around, I was in a forest. all I could remember was being blacked out. I couldn't see a thing before. now somehow I could see perfectly into the dark and shadow-filled night. My throat burned alittle "what happened to me?" I said, then I cupped my hands over my mouth. My voice was like soft velvet.
Jason stood across from her, looking at her silently. But he doesn't say a word.
I looked at the boy infront of me "w-what...?" i couldn't speak.
Jason looks at her quietly "I couldnt help myself... Im sorry." is all he says.
"what do you mean?" I cocked my head. then, out of the corner of my eye, i see my hands... my skin... i gasp. my skin tone is pale white.
Jason sighs "I bit you..."
"bit me...? wha-?" I took out my pocket mirror and my once lavender eyes widened. my eyes where a mesmerizeing shade of crimson. I was so beautiful, my once dull red hair now fire red. My face was perfect in everyway.
"Please don't be mad..." Looks at her. He had darker eyes than her, but still a stunning red, and his hair was jet black.
My eyes met his "ok, where are the cameras? am i on MTV?" i said "this is very funny, c'mon Derrick, you got me..."
"No... I bit you, you are, a vampire now... Your are like me..." Watches her.
My eyes met his again as his words sunk in "v-vampire?"
Nods silently, meeting her eyes.
I blinked "im Jordan" I said
"I'm Jason." He says softly.
I took out a picture of me and my brother, Derrick, out and looked at myself in the picture, then at myself in the mirror "i look so different...."
"Yes, it is a side effect." He says quietly.
She shuffled her feet and put the picture in her pocket.
Jason says quietly "I dont suggest going to around you family for a while... Or any humans for that fact."
"what would it matter anyway?" I said "it was just me and Derrick.... and he never wants to see me again..."
Jason nods quietly "Well, I have a home if you would like to come..."
