Ankou looked up to Kel when she came close. "Yes?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Just wondering what you're doing for your act" said Kel
-
"Aerial silks...Particularily a performance inspired by Murnau's Nosferatu movie...Which is about a vampire, if you weren't sure." Ankou told her, offering a hint of a smile.
-
"Sounds good" said Kel
-
Ankou nodded to her. Now he just had to wait for cat-boy to finish up.
-
"It's your act next" said Kel
-
Ankou nodded again, "Alright." He said.
-
"Are you ready?" asked Kel
-
Ankou swallowed, then nodded. Sure, he was a bit nervous to do it, even in front of his fellow performers. The alleged 'demon' licked his lips and nodded again. "Yeah, I am." He said with a small smile.
-
Kel nodded
-
Occ: sorry, got my computer taken away... I'm in some hot water with my parents. OMG AUTHORE I HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH I LOVE YOU WHY DID YOU EVER LEAVE ME ON THE ORPHAN MONSTER THREAD I AM GOING TO CRY.
Ashton Had actually beat the lions, until they all ran off stage, practically running over everyone. Ashton shapeshofted back an smiled. "thank you.." he mumbled as he walke off stage.
Mandy grabbed all her lions in hugs, glaring at her brother. "you are lucky I told tem to go easy on you." she said, then began to walk them back, making sure they stayed calm.
Ashton looked around, "anyone seen Avalon?" he asked. She was not in the audience or backstage.
Avalon sat, balancing on the highwire like a monkey. She wanted to wath from up there. And besides, the lights were not up there, so almost no one could see her.
-
[:D Inot? Is that really you? [I should've known that since I got your PM....XI] I'm sorry I ever left you on the Orphan Monster roleplay!!! *tacklehugs*]
Ankou glanced watched the performance finish up, then glanced over at Kel as he waited for his cue. After the others had cleared the stage, the lights had gotten darker so only a few remained on, giving a slightly night-like effect. In the darkness towards the back of the stage, two long, black, silk lengths of cloth had dropped from the ceiling, secured up there and touching the ground with a bit of length left to spare. He smiled a little bit. Being up in the air like he was about to be was just about one of his favorite things to do...That and other various acrobatics.
-
he smiled
-
Kel clapped for Ashton and then told Ankou "It's your act"
-
Ankou nodded, and, as on cue, the strains of violins started, and he crept out on stage to do his routine.
[His routine~]

he walked off

Ashton sighed and sat down, sweating as he watchedfrom back stage.
Mandy made it back in time to watch her favorite act. She loved the demon and his 'dark' act. She never blinked as she watched, making sure her eyes stayed watered. She had half a mind to pump up the place by adding an element, but didn't feel like getting yelled at. She did mess with a lot of things, but not someone's act.
Avalon stretched into split on the wire as she watched, a bit scared and curious. She could tell this would be a fabulous ending to the freak show circus. She wished she could do that, and she probably could, but again, too scared.
-
Ankou finished his performance, but rather than just walking off stage again, he whirled with a fanged grin, snapped his fingers, and disappeared in a puff of black smoke, what was actually shadow. He reappeared backstage, crouching down and drinking from a water bottle. He wasn't very sweaty, but he was rather winded. What he did took a lot of strength, and therefore oxygen.
-
Mandy looked over as he appeared, a small grin on her face. She didn't clap, but only blew some wind at him, wether or not it helped she didn't care. He considered starting a tornado after practice, but thought that wouldn't help.
Avalon was silent. She let go of the rope with her hands, clapping as she balanced on her bony legs. She was speechless.
Ashton clapped, but wasn't very into arty stuff. He didn't see anything in the act but a man on ribbons.
-
Ankou didn't really react much to the clapping, rather preferring to stare forward, or up, as he drained his water bottle. The demon straightened, tail flicking, before sticking his tongue out a little bit as he squished the plastic bottle with a crackling sound, using his hands to press either end in until it was...Mostly flat.
