(Think of the HiddenClan territory like the ThunderClan territory.)
Mooseheart purred, "Imagine it..."
"Imagine what?" Deerpaw asked, confused.
Deepheart led Sunpaw to the training hollow. "Here we are!" he announced.
(I knew you were going to say...)
Sunpaw chuckled, "Oh joy the training hollow!" She said sarcasticly, in a good mood. It was always funny when her mentor tried to sound joyful.
Mooseheart smiled, "A battle. Cat all around you, fighting in the long, dried grass. Tooth and claw everywhere, with bloodstained fur. Imagine your clanmates fighting for DarkClan, and your stuck in the middle. Not knowing where to go first."
(that? I'm so cunfused)
Deepheart laughed a little. "Now, come at me," he ordered.
Deerpaw nodded and imagined.
Mooseheart watched his apprentice, "Who is the closest one near you...?"
Sunpaw cocked her head then shrugged, "Okay...?" She launched forward for her mentor.
"Uh, Snowstar," Deerpaw meowed.
Deepheart dodged. "Good, good," he said more to himself than to his apprentice. "Now, again, but this time try to land on my shoulders."
Sunpaw flexed her small muscle that were becoming. She took a deep breath and launched forward. Right before she could run into Deepheart, she launched on top of him, pretending to dig imaginary claws in his shoulders.
Mooseheart chuckled, "Nice choice..." He scented the air, pretending to smell his leader fighting for her clan. He sighed, "Let me help you." He stood up, "Stay where you are." He jumped into the long and grass and started swiftly moving around the dirt area. He started, "Now lets say that Snowstar if fighting the deputy of HiddenClan, Deepheart. Snowstar has just been cornered into the middle, in other words... your Snowstar." He started quickening his circles, "Deepheart is now sneaking up on her. Snowstar can smell him and hear him, but can't see him. Well lets say I'm Deepheart. Now I want you to listen carefully. All I going to say is that I'm going attack you, but you don't know from what end. So listen now..."

Deerpaw nodded and focused on listening.
Deepheart smiled. "Good, good, now get off," he ordered.

Sunpaw grinned and got off of her mentor. She stared at him, "What next?"
Mooseheart circled a few time, quickening and slowling to confuse his apprentice. He stared through the grass at Deerpaw and saw him looking the opposite way. He rattle the grass near him and ran to the side. Coming up behind Deerpaw, he launched forward..."
(Please don't make Deerpaw be like a born warrior and like turn at the last second and dodge like a frikin pikachu!)
(don't worry, I won't/
Deepheart smiled at her. "Now, I want you to jump as high as you can," he ordered.
Deerpaw tried to jump out of the way, but was too late and was bowled over by his mentor. Deerpaw almost instantly tried to get him off by aiming a kick at Mooseheart's stomach.
"Ow..." Mooseheart said, even though he was smiling. He got up off of his mentor, "Remember to keep your claws sheathed."
Sunpaw twitched her tail, "Okay!" She sat back on her legs and look for something she could aim at. She was a really good bird hunter so she pretended a bird was right above her, flying away. She sat real tight on her haunches, then launched into the air. She swiped her forepaw out and then landed back on the ground.
Deepheart looked her over. "Seems you already know what I'm going to teach you," he said, a hint of laughter in his voice. He then walked closer to her. "Now, let's try spinning in the air," he said. He then jumped up as high as he could, spun in the air, and came back down, landing on his feet. "Now, you try," he ordered.
Deerpaw nodded enthusiasticly. "Now what?" he quizzed.
(Mooseheart looked at him confused, "Uh... erm now the lesson is over." JK)
Sunpaw did the same exact thing again except when she spun in the air, she lost her balance and came tumbling down. "Oops..." she said.
Mooseheart purred, he was glad he had an entuiastic apprentice. "Well that was just a quick preview of what we are going to be practicing today. We are going to focus on defense moves, got it?"
(Deerpaw Phsawed (or whatever) "Defense moves? That's lame!)
Deepheart nodded. "Good job, and it's okay, it took me awhile to master that technique as well, it is pretty advanced," he admitted.
Deerpaw nodded, "Got it!"
Sunpaw jumped back up, "I'll make sure to practice it..."
Mooseheart nodded, "So thinking of what we just did. I kept circling you in the grass so you couldn't see me. You could hear me and smell me, though. Plus when I went to attack you, I made a distraction. One question I want to ask though is, did you notice a difference in how strong my scent was from when I was closer to you than farther?"
Deerpaw nodded, "Yes, sir."
Deepheart nodded, "Very good, now try it again."
Mooseheart grinned, "Okay, well how do you think that could help you if you ever get into a situation like that?"
Sunpaw nodded and tried it again. This time landing on her paws, but not perfectly. She wobbled a little before she caught her balance.
"You're getting better, now again," Deepheart ordered.
Deerpaw smiled. "You can kind of tell where your enemy is," he said.
(Frikin writers block! I have no idea what to say!)
Mooseheart nodded, "Pretty much....(I'll get back to that.)
Sunpaw tried the move a few more times. All times she messed up somehow. She tried it one last time and landed perfectly. She took a deep, exhausted, breath when she landed.
Deerpaw nodded.
Deepheart looked at hre. "Good job he complimented.
