    Valkyrie pushed out her palm, Pulling Sam back with a wrap of Shadows. "Stay..." She growled.

    Valkyrie pulled him back, Pulling the Cuffs from her pocket. She clicked them onto his wrists incrdibly tight so that his powers were bound. "You are under arrest under the force of the Irish Sanctuary." She growled in his ear. She made sure the cuffs were tight against his wrists.

    Valkyrie pulled him back with her hand, Her hand fixed on the joining between the two cuffs. She growled. "You are under arrest!"

    She yanked him back again. "I'm the Sanctuary's official Detective. If you would like to come with me? Other wise I will have to use force!"

    OOC: Can Raven work with Valkyrie at the Sanctuary?

    Valkyrie flashed a smile at Raven, Shoving Sam at her. To make the cuffs tighter.

    "What did you say?" She growled, Forcing his mouth open and pouring salt-water down his throat. Making him swallow it, Almost killing him.
