Ruby found a reed, stuck it in her mouth and dived into the deep river. She was able to breath from the reed
(BRB)

"four...five...6 7 8 9 10"DL said and got up he took a whiff of air and followed ruby's scent trail

Hopefully he won't step on me she thought s she swam under the ater near the reeds

DL felt the scent get stronger he grinned as he came to the lake, he stayed hidden to see if anything shuddered

She continued to swim, making small waves that looked like it came from a drop

DL took a whiff of air again she is herehe thought and jumped into the water

Ruby saw him and quickly swam behind a big fat rock

DL explored around soon letting himself get lost into swimming he got to the surface and took a big gulp of air and went back down, nearing ruby's hiding place

I hope he thinks I left because there is no air she thought

DL got out of the water and sniffed the air "what the heck the scent trail points here..."he said

She stayed hidden behind the rock, still breathing from her reed (going to make pidgy sit on the redd and she has to come out for breath ;p)

DL sniffed the air again "she is here"he said with a little frustration

Ruby smirked a bit He will never think about me using the reed she thought when suddenly, her air supplier got sat on by a bird. Her paws when out of the water in a black blur and swiped the bird off the pipe
I'm changing what rock I'm hiding behind she went behind another one near the first one -
DL jumped back in the water he cursed in a thought and continued to look around he knew she was in the water somewhere

He saw me she thought as he came back in

DL keenly looked for her under the water soon finding a tail he pretended he didnt see her

She turned and swam up and shook water off herself then ran up a tree
