He flicked his tail. "Well a warrior or something will just throw it away and catch a new one, right?"he asked innocently.

Pondkit didn't want to grow older. He wanted to stay a kit forever! Because old cats were boring. No! I want to be a warrior!Pondkit couldn't decide which was better.

Dapplepaw licked over his pelt.

Sunnypaw stormed over angrily. "Someone got slobber all over my fresh-kill!"she hissed.
Pondkit shrunk away and looked to Dapplepaw for support.

Dapplepaw gave Pondkit an encouraging look. "Oh.." He meowed to Sunnypaw. "Well I'm sorry.."

Shegrowled angrily, giving Pondkit the look before stomping off to grab something else.
Pondkit giggled.

Flickerkit woke. "Hi! I'm Flickerkit! What's your name?" He asks, bounding over to Pondkit and Dapplepaw.

"I'm Dapplepaw." He meowed with a smile. "This is my friend, Pondkit."

Friend? Oh good, he doesn't hate me anymore. Pondkit walked over to Flickerkit and said hi.

He smiled at Pondkit and Flickerkit. "We should go on an adventure." He meowed.

"Like I need to get in any more trouble,"he groaned.

His stomach growled suddenly. He realized he hadn't eaten since yesterday.

"want to eat something?" He asked the kit when he heard his stomach rumble.
