Alex: He chuckled when she said, dude and then she took another bite. "Hey! When I said you can have the first bite, I didn't mean you could have the second one too!" he pouts jokingly like he was a little boy again. Alex reached for the small bowl of sour sundae for his share.
Zack: Zack went back to minding his own business and cleaning. He could hear the noises of the girl picking up her bag and then retreating back towards the exit in which she came in. There was a ton of cleaning left before he could leave anytime soon. Zack heard the girl stop at the door but he didn't look up to see why. After a moment of silence, she spoke of cleaning also. That's when he looked up. The other person was now also in view and inside the room. He quietly watched them shuffle around, picking up trash while he absently continued sweeping.
He was confused at why they would even want to stay and clean. Unlike them, he really wanted to go home and sleep. He couldn't help but laugh a bit when the younger looking girl slapped the older looking one on the back of the head. He fought the urge to laugh and then he thought, why not make it a little fun? It would certainly make it seem less time consuming. Zack picked up a crumbled wad of paper off the floor and tossed it across the room, landing right into the trash bin right next to them while they were still distracted. Score! was what he wanted to say but kept quiet about it, anticipating their wild glances toward the trash bin and then to him.
