Carrick smiled softly and handed it back to her. "Thanks, Clover.....it helps to know that she feels the exact same way about me...but, it's not going to stop me from being jealous at times. It's just natural, I'll learn to get over it." he said and then hugged her. "She's lucky to have you Clover," he added and smiled. He let go of her and stuffed his hands back into his pockets. "I'll catch ya, later," he said and walked away.

Clover blushed "ya.. see you, later" she turned on her heels and walked back into the house.

Carrick went into town and talked to a few people here and there, he went to Ash's house at about dinner time and sat on the front step waiting for her.

"whatca doing outside?" Ash asked, opening the door.

"I..I thought you were still out with Jason," he said and rubbed his neck nervously while blushing.

"n-no" she said "i came home early to set up for dinner"

"Oh....," Carrick said and stood up. "Did you have a nice time with Jason?" he asked softly and looked away.

"oh yes" she said "he got me a charm for my chatm bracelet"
occ: LOL! if u think about it this is kinda like Twilight XD but she didn't even love Jason that way... lolz

"Oh...that's...awesome," he said and ran a free hand through his hair. He couldn't help but have this building dread and jealousy feeling. -
"ya" she looked at a beautiful fire red charm "he said it reminded him of my hair" she chuckled softly "now, c'mon" she said "diner is ready"

"Yea, cool," he said softly and went inside. "So..what did you guys do?" he asked and looked away so she couldn't see the jealousy hiding just under the surface.

"we just talked about old times" she said.

"Sounds like fun," he said with a soft nod, when he walked to the kitchen and looked around.

Right on the counter was a turkey "i tried my best..." she said "all i have cooked before was rabbit"

"I'm sure it's delicious," he replied and kissed her cheek giving her a timid smile.
