Victoria, a loner that preferably called herself Larksong, padded along the river. She knew which Clan she wanted to join, she just didn't know where the camp was. She was a tortoiseshell she-cat with pale green eyes. Her left eye is slightly deformed, and blind, but she manages well for a she-cat. Four scars; a dreadful, red scar straight across her deformed eye. A white streak of scar across her back, where there's no fur. One thick, scarlet red recent scar from a fox that streaks from her right cheek to above her left eye. One on her nose, a small one, it's infected.
Larksong, known as Victoria, is a loner. Her mother and father were loners also. Her mother and father had always lied to her that she had all kittypet blood... she found out one day that it was all a lie to keep her from discovering the truth. She discovered it anyway; she was completely all Clan blood. Her parents were Clan warriors! After she spoke to her parents about it, they decided to leave the forest and take Victoria (a.k.a Larksong) with them, so that the Clans could not find them. They would go so far away that not even the most agile, fierce, determined warrior could make it there... if Victoria accepted. She was a yound adult she-cat and she should start making decisions for herself. She declined to leave, and said her goodbyes to her parents... maybe for the last time, and took off into the forest in search of one of the Clans. She had heard of a legendary warrior she-cat who had come into the area, and had gone to SnowClan to join. So, yes....... SnowClan it would be.

Amberleaf was strolling along the river, watching the rushing water. There were too many cats in camp, so she had gone out for a breath of fresh air. She glanced up from the water to see a robin take off from a tree. Suddenly, she spotted a tortoiseshell cat padding peacefully along the river a couple tail-lengths away. Amberleaf froze and hissed angrily. "This is SnowClan territory," she told the cat. "What are you doing here?"
-
Surprisingly, Larksong didn't flinch. She just stared at the she-cat, and answered calmly. "I'm no threat to your Clan." She began. "I came here because my parents were Clan cats, I don't know which Clan. But I think It's SnowClan, if you can direct me to them?"
-
Wren wandered through the woods, unaware of the cats near her. 'Where is that wild cat I saw?' She wondered. She heard a twig crack and turned around. She saw nothing, but she had a feeling she was being watched. Out of instinct, the former kittypet crouched low to the ground, but her white pelt did nothing to hide her in the brightening night. When nothing happened, she continued on, until she heard the voices of many cats...
(Wren exits)

Amberleaf didn't relax out of her crouch. "I'm a SnowClan cat. Which cats were your parents?" she snapped. This cat could very well be a loner that another Clan had sent to spy on SnowClan with. And Amberleaf knew the names of most of the cats in the Clan, at least the ones that had lived in her lifetime.
-
Larksong couldn't stop herself from rolling her eyes, and she told the she-cat. "I don't know my parent's warrior names, but they left the forest only five sunrises ago to escape some evil cats. My father called himself Tybalt, and my mother was Erin." She began, and went on sighing, noticing the angry look in the she-cat's eyes. "Look, if I was a threat to you, I would have attacked you already. Besides, why in StarClan would I attack SnowClan? They've done nothing wrong, and if they did, who am I to do anything pysical?" She went on, smiling in a friendly way. "I alone want to join SnowClan. I've heard of a Tribe cat from moons away from here came to join like I did, her name is Thunderstorm..."
-
Amberleaf tilted her head slowly to the side, still suspicious of this strange cat. "Thunderstorm came..." she mewed hesitantly, almost believing the stranger. "But you could just be coming to spy on us from an enemy Clan," she hissed, not relaxing out of her crouch. Amberleaf never trusted any cats who wandered onto SnowClan's territory and were obnoxious about it. She whisked her tail back and forth agitatedly, glaring at the cat. "What's your name, anyway?" she snapped angrily, mentally berating herself for being curious.
-
"Victoria, but in SnowClan I'd like to be Larksong... that is, if I don't have to live with this violence." Larksong began. "And no, I am not a kittypet. I am also proud that you defend your borders very well, everyone else outside SnowClan just... don't really, as far as I'm concerned."
-
suddenly, a silver tabby she cat wth blue eyes named Icefeather padded up to them "whats going on?" She asked, her eyes narrowing as she caught sight of larksong.
